Very poor small apartment. No window, no amenities

This is the most affordable B&B type accommodation near SCIE. No frills, you get value in location and not in hotel amenities. Property manager was responsive. The drop off for Ubers is outside, you gotta tell him to drive in if you have luggage and do not want to walk so far.

No check in desk was confusing. The windows went to the hallway and room had a strong cigarette smell. Cleanliness ok and location was good!

Great place!! About 7 minutes walking from the nearest subway station. Really clean and comfortable.

The hotel is fairly close to the city core and is located in a residential neighbourhood (not a "village in the city" ). Close to the subway station. Very easy to get around. There is a supermarket nearby. The cle aning staffs cleaned the room everyday. Room size is fine for one person. Overall, the place is decent for the money charged. There was a persistent musty smell in the room. The fridge is very small. Only good for a few bottles of water. Most of the space was taken up by the freezer. A word of advice, do not keep food in the room!!

It was decent, and cheaper

Please take this place as the joint to go into Hongkong and easy off since this place is so close to the port. Also, this place is close to a shopping mall and a whole lot of dining spots. I found a beer bar opens so late and enjoyed the draft beers and IPAs there, and those beers are tasty. There is another big shopping center 15 minutes walking distance with quite a lot of shops and dining places. I put my shoes there for clean and maintenance and then eat my dinner in a decent restaurant, and surely the food is GREAT! Come back to the room itself, I have to say it worth much more than the price. Clean and convenient, and it's a two floors little apartment. I like the style very much. It's like a typical American style single young man's living design. This is a nice place all in all, and definitely I will come back here next week when I back to ShenZhen.

A good value for money choice. The bedding is clean, the room is big enough, the air conditioning is cool enough, the surrounding is quiet enough, and it is convenient to travel. The price is good.

The hotel rooms are quite comfortable, the service staff are very nice and polite, and the price/performance ratio is the best around here. Friends on business trips can stay here. I originally wanted to book a high-rise room with a balcony, but it was fully booked. The business is really good.

The environment is very dark, the decoration of the floors and rooms are very dilapidated, the corridors are messy, and it is easy to get lost. It feels like no one lives there, and the location is remote. There is no formal front desk, and it feels very casual.

1) Poor location, far from the shopping mall, and smelly in the lobby and corridors 2) There were not enough toilet paper and paper towels in the room. I asked customer service to get paper towels in person, but they ignored me! 3) The temperature of the bathroom shower head is insufficient, which is the same as freezing water. 4) The bed is very dusty and your nose will be sensitive while sleeping. 5) There is a lot of rust in the room 6) The customer service attitude is not good. It was obviously not busy that day and there were not many customers but the attitude was cold.
