Requested check in early due to morning flight. The hotel allowed us to check in as early as 6am without additional charge. The laundry is good and free, we can even leave the clothes washing with instructions. A very thoughtful hotel and now we heading to another Crystal Orange Hotel in Foshan, hopefully as good as in Shenzhen

Best service from the staffs. Attentive and quick in their action. The room was very clean and comfy. Near to train station. Definitely recommend it highly to others especially those with family

Excellent service from front desk and every staff we encountered. Room is spacious with good functional layout. Shower pressure is great. Lots of varieties for buffet breakfast, excellent start for the day. Highly recommended.
