My experience is very bad, they even ask us to pay $100 because they want to make sure we will return the room key to them, that I've been never heard before, when we take the shower, there is no door inside and the water will flow out to the toilet area, that's ridiculous, the comment in trip.com is totally wrong, I am very disappointed with this hotel and I will never come back again.

The room is clean and quiet. Luggage can be stored at the front desk. There are cameras in the corridors, so security is assured. The service attitude is also very good and considerate. It is also close to the Nanyou subway station, which is convenient for going out. There is a Raffles shopping mall nearby, which is cost-effective.

I came to Shenzhen during the summer vacation. I planned to go shopping in Shenzhen the next day, and then I went to Ctrip to check out the hotel. Every equipment is new and the space inside the room is really utilized to the extreme! The accommodation is very cozy. For a college student like me, such a low price in Nanshan, Shenzhen is really suitable!

The hotel is located near the Minami Yau Tei Railway, about seven or eight minutes' walk. It is also close to Fox Plaza, so it is very convenient to buy food. The bed and bedding are really comfortable. Although the room is small, it is enough for a person traveling alone and coming home late in the morning. It has all the general facilities, including an electric kettle, hair dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste... and the most surprising thing is that there is a charger. , equipped with USB plugs suitable for Apple or Android devices! I can see that the room is clean and tidy, but the overall hygiene is actually pretty good! The only thing that I personally feel is not ideal is that the bathroom does not have wet and dry separation. After taking a shower, the entire bathroom is wet, which is really inconvenient to use!

酒店門頭雖然不大，但是上二樓空間足夠房間很多，酒店沒有電梯工作人員房間在二樓，衹能步梯上去，帶了行李工作人員會主動幫忙把行李拿上二樓，服務意識很強態度很好，房間乾淨整潔無異味，窗户夠大很明亮，入住感覺還不錯滿意

周邊環境配套設施齊全，交通便捷出門就能打到車，酒店入住的房間很舒適，床品用品乾淨整潔都很新，個人是比較認床睡的睡了一晚也沒有失眠，睡得很舒適，空調温度適中，就是沒有電梯要走樓梯上二樓，不過也能接受，帶了行李工作人員會幫忙拿上樓的，很不錯下次還來

再次入住，仍然覺得不介意無升降機要行樓梯，是不錯的選擇！ 這次房間類型面積相對較細，但五臟俱全。 燈光-有不同燈光模式，全開夠光！ 空調-夠冷，但需要同時開排氣扇才不覺得有吸烟味由空調吹出。 浴室熱水-很夠熱，水力夠大。 Wifi穩定 電視-十分高清，投屏功能用手機海豚星空App就可以穩定連接。 不足之處-已經大約3：30才到步辦登記，但仍被告知未打掃好，要再等待約15分鐘才可以取房，這樣也沒辦法，前台服務員都有禮地解釋。

前台服務小姐姐很細心。出行便捷門口打車方便，距離地鐵近，周邊餐廳及商店都很多，退房了可以免費行李寄存前台，需要寄快遞會主動幫忙聯繫快遞員上門取件，距離南油服裝批發市場也很近，步行幾分鐘就到，整體入住感覺很不錯

我每次出差衹要在這片南山區訂酒店就基本都住這裏，前台的工作人員態度一直都非常好，笑容真誠。酒店設施也挺齊全的，不比大酒店差，主要是舒心乾淨，最吸引我的是房間裏配的大屏幕投影，一個人窩在房間裏看電影，很有沉浸感。而且他們的設備基本是新的，房間物品很乾凈整潔。位置也方便，有停車位，去地鐵站步行就走八百米。

來了南油地鐵站這邊位置很好找，出門右轉過去還有服裝城可以逛逛。工作人員服務熱情很友好，還很貼心，洗衣房有洗滌用品免費提供，有洗衣機和烘乾機，洗完馬上烘乾就可以穿啦非常方便。最中意的是前台有冰箱可以冷藏東西、榻榻米的床睡的也舒服安心，雖然房間是在路邊的但是也很安靜不會吵。
