Everything in the hotel was very satisfactory. There are several restaurants, but except for the main restaurant, it seems that reservations are required. We only stayed for one night so we didn’t eat~ The hotel staff were very nice, especially the fat and short brother Shabl when we checked in. He enthusiastically introduced the hotel’s services and entertainment programs to us! Everything went very smoothly from check-in to check-out. I will choose this hotel again next time I come to Sharm!!

The room is clean and tidy, the decoration style is classical and beautiful, the service is thoughtful, the buffet tastes good, it is very close to the exclusive beach, and there is also a shuttle bus. I stayed here alone for four nights and it was very comfortable.

Highly recommended, the price is not expensive, the service is super good, you can check in in the morning and have breakfast, which is impossible in China. Check in is also very fast, no waiting! Then the food is super delicious, four meals a day are all-inclusive, and you can make reservations: Indian, Egyptian, Italian restaurants, ubiquitous bar, drinks and drinks are available whenever you want. The shuttle bus to the beach is also very fast, you can snorkel at any time, the corals are colorful and beautiful. There are also many activities in the hotel every day, and it is not boring at all. The only drawback is that there are bugs crawling up from the sewer on the first floor, and there are often bugs in the bathtub and washbasin.

The hotel is beautiful, especially the snorkeling in the sea is superb. I saw a lot of corals and fish, and I saw more without going out to sea. I was not satisfied with the air conditioning in the room. It was always 30 degrees. It might be because it was a side room on the top floor. The room was relatively large and I couldn't sleep because of the heat. I called the front desk to arrange for someone to fix it, but they couldn't fix it. They said it was because the room was too big. This was not comfortable, but everything else was good.

The whole hotel is full of Russians. I was discriminated against by Russians twice. The staff in the buffet restaurant said "could you" when I got a water and also told me to "say please". However, the reception staff and the hotel doctor were very good.

The hotel is located in a remote area, but it is not a disadvantage for a resort hotel. The hotel arranged a noisy room facing the street with no view when checking in. Since I didn't stay for long, I didn't complain to the front desk. I booked two orders for two days and informed the front desk in advance, but the next day I couldn't find the order and asked me to wait at the front desk for an hour. During this period, I contacted the supplier to help solve the problem. Although the order was found, they continued to delay and did not help to redo the room card, but greeted other European and American guests with a smile. The beach is located in the same group hotel, which is a five-minute walk away. The hotel is under overall reconstruction, so it is quite noisy. It is expected that it will not be completed in a year, so reservations should be made with caution. In addition, the hotel's catering is quite outstanding, and the service staff in the catering area do not discriminate against Asian guests as much as the front desk area.

The location is OK. Although it is not a sea view, it is not far from the beach. It is convenient to walk or connect by electric car. Although it is an all-inclusive hotel, the three meals are not sloppy. The cost performance is high. The room decoration is a bit outdated. When allocating rooms, they arrange street-facing rooms, even if there are vacancies in quiet locations or pool view rooms. If the budget is sufficient, there are better options.
