Relatively small room. Would say best for a group of 2 people. But apartment was very well maintained and the check in process was very easy

The hotel adopts a fully self-service check-in method, and an email will be sent to you in the afternoon of the check-in day. There are convenience stores and chain restaurants nearby, and Namba is also within walking distance. However, if you have no experience of self-check-in, it will be more difficult, because on one of the days of check-in, I saw a few foreigners who didn't know how to get the key.

The location of the B&B is convenient. It takes 25 minutes to walk to Shinsaibashi and 15 minutes to Tsutenkaku. The room is generally clean and comfortable. The bathroom has separate dry and wet bathrooms and a bathtub. I will continue to do so next time!

On the day of check in email sent me the way to get the room key, located near the station of 2 lines, 3-5 minutes from Esumi-cho/Okuni-cho, very convenient to get around. Walking distance to Tsutenkaku/Kitsu Market. The toilet and bathroom are separate, making it very friendly for family travel. The room layout is very comfortable. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The hotel sends your stay details in advance of check-in time. 1 hour and a half (sent at 1:15 p.m.) I stayed at 203 even though I was on the 2nd floor. But the room is quiet, the room is not as clean as other reviews have said. My room can't use hot water. In addition, the single bed appeared to be deteriorating.

It’s quite convenient to have a kitchen, and it’s close to a supermarket and Kikizu market. However, if you want to go to the airport, you can only drag your luggage to Shin-Imamiya, otherwise you have to transfer. It will be more inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. Namba and Shinsaibashi can be walked Arrive, but it still takes a while. It is inconvenient because there is no garbage collection. The garbage needs to be packed and placed in the room. It is a big failure that there is no washing machine. The laundry downstairs looks very expensive~

The accommodation will send you check-in instructions 1 day before your arrival date. The room I stayed in had dust on the furniture. My younger sister and I had to help wipe it clean (I think the room must have been cleaned too long in advance). The curtains had a lot of dust. Not recommended for people with allergies. And there is no cleaning service during your stay. You must manage your own waste. You can read the stay guide. (Which is in your room) and arrange things as the manual recommends. In addition, the shower area smells like water pipes. Other than that, it's considered good. There's a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and cooking space. Who wants privacy? And you can handle things yourself, I recommend it here.

The room and toilet are very clean. There is a kitchen available and the transportation is convenient. The self-service laundromat on the first floor has people cleaning the washing machine every day, so I feel that the washed clothes are very clean. Although there is no hotel-style service, it can be used as a way to experience the local area. The life of living at home is very good👍
