Nice stay at this hotel which is located just 5 mins from the train station. Great service and complimentary upgrade is a plus.

Nice location near train station.

Check in was pretty fast and easy. The rooms are pretty decent with size, but only allow 2 adults and 1 child on the double bed. Paying for an additional bed for adult costs CHF 80, which is reasonable. However, since I have 2 young kids, I also have to pay for the additional bed. Though not a big deal, but hope hotel can revise the occupancy policy to offer family with 2 young child to stay in without additional costs, Location wise, it’s fantastic. Next to a university.

Excellent front desk services and quality breakfast at convenient locations with good lake view

The room was really spacious and clean, and they provided excellent services. Great location with just 5-8 minutes walk from the train station. Highly recommended 👍🏼 Would definitely choose Radisson Blu again.

Excellent stay with my family. I was upgraded as well and the room was very spacious Staff at the reception was very helpful and cooperative. We all had a very good stay for 2 nights

Some rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, making the scenery even more spectacular. The bathrooms are sleek and well-equipped, and amenities like a Nespresso machine, minibar, and a work desk add extra comfort. Service – 8/10 The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. Check-in and check-out are smooth, and the concierge is helpful in offering local recommendations or organizing activities. Some guests have noted that the service can feel a bit business-oriented rather than warm and personal, but overall, it’s efficient and reliable. Dining – 8/10 The on-site restaurant and bar offer a good selection of food and drinks, with a mix of Swiss and international cuisine. Breakfast is buffet-style, with fresh pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The variety is good, but during peak times, the breakfast area can feel crowded. My room was upgraded to a bigger room with two single beds. The service was very good and the room was clean and neat. Everything seems quite new. It takes about 8 mins to walk from the train station or bus station so a pretty good location by the beautiful lakeside. Nothing to complaint about!

Radisson Blu Hotel Lucerne is about 6 minutes' walk from Lucerne Train Station, which is very convenient for travel. The surrounding environment is very quiet. The room hygiene is really good. Tip: Slippers and toothbrushes are not provided. Chinese tourists will bring their own when they come to Europe. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. There are many guests from tour groups in this hotel. It is better to eat breakfast early. Hahaha.

The location of the hotel is OK, but the hotel service is really bad. There are children making noise in the hotel at night, which affects sleep! The most ridiculous thing is that when we were sleeping, the front desk called us and said we were making noise. This shows that the quality of the hotel service staff is really poor. They harassed the guests without knowing the situation. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation in so many years of traveling abroad!

It is a very ordinary express hotel in the country. It does not provide any toiletries. The location is relatively good. It is less than 10 minutes walk from the train station.
