Hotel is in general big one and it has everything for normal stay, staff is friendly, so personally i did like it.

The hotel is not 4 star! It must have been one years ago but not anymore as a lot of infrastructure is un maintained and outdated. Staff is very nice and helpful! They are trying their best to make the stay pleasant. Food is ok for a 4 star!

This place is amazing! The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome to ensure you have a great stay. The place is huge and has something for everyone. The food and drinks included in the all inclusive package are really good too. I loved all the food choices available. There is even a daily shuttle bus that takes you to the nearby beach.

Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. All staff want the please very willing to assist and want guests to be happy. Hot Food could be hotter, and quite repetitive. no choice of cereals for breakfast, geared for the Egyptian taste. Staff taking food from the breakfast buffet in front of guests, (using their hands) not using utensils provided. Even cleaning staff, to Supervisor levels including some chefs. Was a theme hotel previously so still remnants of that, but have been told the new administration will be changing many things and updating the hotel. It is a lovely sized hotel just far enough out of Naaama Bay that it is quiet, but close enough to walk within 30 minutes. The position is under the inbound flight path, which on certain days can be a little loud. The staff make the hotel, nearly all of them always smiling and likes to see you.

Overall, it was good. The food was amazing .The room was good and we requested for King/queen bed twice but didn't get it. The only thing that they should have separate services for national and International visitors. The international visitor come and they expect a good services like food, use of shuttle services ,pool etc... There were few national ladies guest who were quite difficult and rude in the Shuttle bus to beach. We as international traveller shouldn't be asked or told when and how to use shuttle service as we paid for flight, trip, hotel and excursion too so we want fair and equal. Additionally, the WIFI services was horrible as of nonexistence where we have to sit in reception area to access internet. We are living in the era where Wifi is available everywhere in world and we have been travelling so many places;we never had internet issues. The most important thing that our Balcony door was broke and unlockable which we raised to Mr Hussain where haven't received any update changes. We requested for safe locker which was also not sorted too. I am pretty sure that every hotel do provide Hair dryer which was also missing. Well, staff was good and helpful especially Amir in reception. The food and pools were great..

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at palma di sharm Hollywood. Great staff who go the extra mile to ensure your stay is enjoyable.

The price and quality of the hotel is ok.

The food is ordinary home-made, there is not much variety, but everything is delicious. Wi-Fi catches near the pool, in the dining room, reception. Entertainment is fun every day. In the bar, beer is poured from glass bottles, gin, rum, whiskey. A bus takes you to the beach, I did not see a battle for places, even free. The beach is normal, there are enough sun loungers, there is a pontoon and there is an entrance to the sea, sand. There are a lot of jellyfish where the pontoon is, it is unpleasant when they touch you, where there is sand there are few. There are a lot of mosquitoes, the first day they bit, because we slept with an open balcony, but there is no itching, just bites. There are no shops around, you need to go. There is a bus parking nearby, there is an ATM, you can withdraw cash. Whether to go to the old city, or to Naama Bay, the price there for two is 1 dollar, in Egyptian cheaper. Conclusion for the money that we spent for two, I do not see any disadvantages. The price of a holiday for two for a week with all inclusive is 22,000 rubles + round-trip air tickets 46,000 rubles. You can fly for that kind of money!!!

I saw a lot of bad reviews before booking, but when I checked in I felt good. We arrived late at night and didn't have a reservation that day, so it was a good deal to check in early for only $20. We were able to sleep. The room was big for the price, and the dinner was ok. The service was also good. It's worth it for the price

Huge structure, super comfort, the staff really helpful and very kind. The entertainment staff is truly extraordinary, I compliment Adhm and the whole team who made our holiday even more unforgettable!
