All the staff were very frindely and nice specially the reception.. there is a need to improve the level of the hotel cleaness.

the paint in the bathroom itself is peeling, the mirror is broken, the metal parts are rusty, the room is very tired, apparently it hasn't been repaired for a long time, there are no normal parking signs, why it has 4 * I don't understand.

I made a reservation to stay two nights July.29 ~30, 2022.. I did not come to this hotel. Because i had a urgent issue. I want to have a chance to visit here next time.

old hotel

The room is big, but the facilities are old, and the front desk staff of this hotel never smiles...

I arrived at the hotel that night. After checking in, I found that there were obvious signs of use on the bedsheets and pillowcases. I couldn't live with it. The bedsheets and quilts were replaced. The bathroom was also tattered and dirty. The facilities were in dilapidated condition. If you don't want to stay here, don't stay here. Live here!

I really liked the place, it’s quiet, lots of shops nearby, the city of Sharjah is really great

The rooms appeared outdated and didn’t meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. The absence of a smart TV in a 4-star hotel is a significant drawback.
