Overall a great hotel with great location and amenities. We were disappointed a little bit about drinking water bottles in our room that they can provide only one big water bottle per day and we had to call again and again to accept provided us some water!! Other than that, the pool was fantastic and the beach. Cleanliness of the hotel is something to highlight ❤️

The reception was wonderful, and the hotel celebrated our special occasion. They also upgraded our room as a gift. It truly deserves five stars — excellent location, responsive to requests, and very clean. I couldn’t find anything negative to mention. An experience worth repeating.

Staff is nice, and friendly but I hope next time they mention to their visitors that they have a renovation ongoing work, woke up on the construction work sound and they didn’t stop until I got a headache.

After knowing that it was my marriage anniversary, they surprised me with a heart cake for free, it was nice of them, all in all, the stay was wonderful and the staff very friendly.

It's to much bad

First time in the UAE. We booked a room with breakfast only, and upon check-in we were given breakfast and dinner as a bonus. The food is very good, although drinks at dinner are extra, but you can easily quench your thirst with watermelon and melon. There is a kettle in the room, a 1.5 liter bottle of water, tea, and coffee. Everything is replenished daily.

Friendly staff, speak Russian, always tried to help when contacted (and helped). Every day they wanted to clean the room and change the linen. We were satisfied with the daily change of towels. For the first time in a hotel I saw 2 washbasins in the bathroom - convenient. There are many sun loungers on the beach. But by 8 am there are usually no more places. The beach is very clean. Comfortable entry into the water. The water is crystal clear. This is especially noticeable in comparison with the sea in Dubai. Clean beach towels are always available. I can't say anything about the pool - we did not use it. Food. Food for every taste. Fish, chicken, and meat. A huge number of cold appetizers. Even traditional Russian dishes - buckwheat and semolina porridge. Always watermelon and melon. For breakfast, they cook scrambled eggs or an omelet in front of you in any form and with any additives. In general - an excellent buffet. A nuance - for lunch and dinner any drinks for an additional fee. The room itself is very spacious, the bed is huge. The lighting seemed strange - at night there was not enough light. I was also surprised by the very small closet. If the vacation is long, you will have to use your imagination about storing things. For a beach hotel it is extremely important to have simple devices for drying clothes such as a clothesline. Overall, I was left with a very pleasant impression. Sleeping under the rustle of the surf is very cool (if your room is on the sea and the weather allows). Reko!!!

This is my Nth time staying at the hotel. I really like the sea view of the hotel. Some parts have just been renovated. You must book a sea view room. The city view room has no view. Most of the guests are Russians. The meals are prepared according to Russian tastes. There are not many foods to choose from for breakfast. The hotel has added some free beach sports courses. It is recommended that the front desk inform guests when checking in.

We went in March 2025 with my wife and a two-year-old child. Everything went great: there was excellent food (better than in all the five-star hotels in Turkey that we had previously visited), very friendly staff, they cleaned and renewed the water every day. The hotel area is small, but everything is very conveniently and logically located: there are both sports activities and for children (children's pool, children's playroom, animator). In general, I do not even want to write about the minuses, since they are insignificant, but I will still write: I was confused by the gap in the balcony door (room 240), because of it there were small losses in sound insulation and the lack of a dryer. Thanks to all the hotel staff, you are great!

A wonderful hotel for its price! Excellent location, on the first line, private beach, clean sand! Various animation for adults and children. Comfortable beds, beautiful snow-white linen, choice of pillows, premium cosmetics. Quality food (we had half board), decent choice on the buffet. Yes, the hotel is not new, those who look for scuffs on furniture will find them. But this does not spoil the rest at all and is more than compensated by the advantages described above.

I really liked the hotel. It is suitable for a beach holiday, the staff took into account all our wishes and settled our family in adjoining rooms without additional charges. The room had a beautiful view of the city. As for the food, everything is great, we especially liked the smoothies at breakfast) Cleaning every day. It is convenient, if something is missing, you can order through their Barceló app and they will bring everything. The hotel has animation (unobtrusive))) the animation girls are great! 👍 When there are no waves, they conduct aqua aerobics right in the Persian Gulf)))😻 You can play table tennis, volleyball, there is a tennis court. Children's club with a sandbox and a small area in the shade 👍 In general, we were very pleased with our stay at this hotel
