Great hotel, dun mind coming back to stay again

Breakfast for two days are good with varieties and quiet environment. Front desk personnel were very helpful in making ehailing on behalf for visitors who don't have any e wallets and hailing apps. A Mr.Liu and his colleague were most friendly and courteous.Access to high speed train is just a 10 minutes pedestrian walkway through an underground passage.

Nice staff

is basically right in front of train station. Still there is a major road that cannot be crossed. there is an underground passage that is not indicated! Luckily there was another Chinese guy going that direction and after we could not find it, he asked and a guard took us down to it. Hotel should push the town, police or else, to make big signs and indicate how to cross the street.

TV connection not good

The hotel is located near the exit of the underground passage across the street from the high-speed railway station, but due to the construction of the station square near the hotel, the underground passage is closed and you need to take a taxi to the hotel (about 2 kilometers away). There is a door leading directly to the parking lot at the elevator in the hotel lobby. The breakfast is simple and filling.

You must take a taxi to get between the high-speed rail station and the hotel! There is no passage or underground walkway to walk between them. The hotel does not provide a special car pick-up service. It takes at least 15-20 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Nan'ao Island bus station. There are basically no seats to sit after the bus arrives. You have to stand for almost an hour to get to the tourist center. There are basically no restaurants downstairs and around the hotel. The room area is average. The room has basically not been cleaned. The washbasin does not provide hand sanitizer. The shower room is poorly maintained. When I checked in, there was still a lot of hair on and in the drain. It was very disgusting. There were basically few breakfast foods and drinks, and there was no replenishment. The environment was average. The restaurant was suspected to be outsourced, and the attitude of the person in charge of the restaurant was also average. The hotel's room cleaning and cleaning are probably outsourced. After going out at night, there was still no one to clean the room and clean it. I had to call the front desk to find a cleaning lady. The cleaning lady just simply dumped the garbage and changed the garbage bag. The whole process took no more than 5 minutes to complete.
