Very convenient, located at the Bala Village!! Big room and nice to have the heater!! The staff here is friendly. Had a guided tour to 回音壁， balazhuoma Lhakang temple and Bala village. Breakfast is nice too

After attending a tourism conference promoting Shangri-La, visiting Balagezong was a must—and it exceeded expectations! Despite our late arrival due to snow, the staff’s warm hospitality shone as they kept the chef late to prepare us a delicious meal. The traditional ******* architecture and breathtaking mountain views from our window created an unforgettable experience. The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. We can’t wait to return and share this incredible place with friends. Highly recommend!

The hotel is situated in a unique mountain area, offering a stunning view of the surrounding landscape. The guest service officer, Zashi, goes above and beyond to assist all guests and help plan daily activities and sightseeing in this picturesque valley.

I didn’t get a room with a good view of the valley and mountains as the view had some structures blocking it as i stayed on the first floor. The view might be better on the 2nd and 3rd floor but I’m too tired to climb after all the stairs I’ve to climb to get to my room. The service was quite ok. It’s not immediate, but the staff replied after sometime and come to help with issues in the room. As I only stayed one night and had a tight schedule, the staff was very helpful to recommend and plan my sight-seeing itinerary.

It is worth staying within the scenic area. There are less visitors after 5.30pm in the scenic area, and is nice to just chill in Bala Village. After we checked into the hotel in the afternoon, the butler briefed us on the activities that we could cover in our 1.5 days stay. He arranged for the sight seeing bus and accompanied us on the various activities throughout the 1.5 days. Breakfast on both mornings varies. Room and bathroom was clean. Balagezong itself is worth visiting.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop right in front. The reception staff were highly responsive and even helped carry our luggage. Check-in was quick and seamless. The hotel went above and beyond by arranging our entire itinerary during our stay, including providing private transportation. They even ensured we were taken back to the mountain base the next day. Their attention to detail and excellent service made our trip truly memorable.

The best location with an amazing view. The staff is most helpful and kind. When you book they take care of sigthseeing tours in the area such as the shangri-la great canyon and mountain 佛塔. We come back again to see this beautiful area during summer.

Very pleasant stay. Must read the story about its development to appreciate the efforts behind a man with love to his hometown and his perseverance to make things happen. Warm welcome by hotel staff and good organisation of the activities. Foods are delicious, too.

Facilities: Very good, there is L'Occitane on the toiletries~ and there is a bathtub, the baby took a bath happily. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: The Gezong Snow Mountain is just outside the door. Sitting in the courtyard, drinking tea and looking at the mountain, the years are quiet and good. Service: The housekeeper is very good. We presented Hada as soon as we got off the car. The sense of ritual and emotional value are full! Enthusiastic introduction of how to play, and can also give a lot of suggestions. Help recommend when eating, but don't focus on expensive recommendations.
