We enjoyed a fantastic weekend family getaway at a hotel in Songjiang. A special shout-out to Kevin for his warm and professional service. Our room was incredibly comfortable, and the large tablet for kids to draw on was a massive hit with our children. The hotel offered fun activities like afternoon pizza DIY and bead making for little girls, plus a free movie screening on Saturday. Kaiee was also wonderful, responding almost instantly to all our requests. The kids absolutely loved it, and we found the hotel offered excellent value for money. Our only minor suggestion would be to have a more varied breakfast selection in the future. We'd definitely love to come back for another stay!

There was a problem with the hotel robot, which resulted in a very bad experience. First, they delivered a pair of slippers for no reason, and I had to contact the front desk to inform them of the situation. Then I ordered takeout, but the robot didn't deliver it for more than 20 minutes. I contacted the front desk again, and found that the robot was waiting at the door of another room. Then the front desk personally delivered the takeout to the room, and the takeout was cold. The experience was very bad 😨

The environment of the B&B is very good. It is reached through a forest and a path beside a small river. It looks like big trees and rice fields. We were a group of five, and the housekeeper upgraded us to a room, which was such a surprise. The room is very large. The children can play downstairs, and the adults can also play cards nearby. The swimming pool in the B&B is a paradise for children. It is so fun to have a water fight. There are also fireworks at night.
