Shanghai Songjiang District Hotels

Wonderful stay with the great facilities , we got an upgraded room at 8th floor. Room is large space with bathtub , complimentary red wine & Dessert , automatic toilet bowl & dyson hair dryer. Easy traveling , we took a taxi (DiDi) from Dongjing subway station exit 3 to the hotel only 26 CYN & takes 18 minutes. We enjoy the water curtain show at the lobby. Amazing cliff light & shadow show at 20.30 hrs. Great service from all staffs bell boy , front reception , restaurant , indoor pool. Special thanks to Ms.Sofiia (Guest Service Officer) as we got a warm welcome & helpful information from her. Ms.Sofiia make us feel very easy to communicate in English speaking (many staffs not influence in English). We request to inspect the underwater view room & she could arranged it perfectly (luckily the room is available to see) We join the buffet dinner at G floor restaurant. Great value dinner with variety of food , dessert & drinks. We love unlimited beer & wine. Also special thanks to Mr.Chan LV for a great services in the restaurant.

Toilet seat had dark yellow stains before I even used it for the first time. Room was old with stain buildup in bathroom and sink areas. Was given toothbrushes and other amenities at the counter. My fav feature is the robot waiter because it is so convenient to just order food to the room while I do my work. Place was hard to get to directly by taxi. Had to be dropped off at a nearby place and walked to the hotel with heavy luggage. Not recommended for people with heavy luggage like me.

We brought our 2 year old daughter here for 3 days and 2 nights. We had a okay but slightly underwhelming experience. The pros: The suite was large and spacious, and had a powder room attached to the living room The hotel was not busy (in the middle of November) and we enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere The hotel has several kid-friendly activities/amenities on site, including an artificial beach, indoor playroom and a small farm where you can feed animals The hotel is a relatively short drive from central Shanghai The hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful, and our butler kindly arranged for us to check in early The cons: The indoor playroom is dated and the air inside was stale. Despite it being closed for cleaning during lunchtime everyday, I noticed a fair amount of debris and hair in the ballpit and sandpit. While there was a good range of animals on the small farm, the animals were dirty and not well kept The separate area for feeding cats was also dirty and some of the cats did not look healthy The buffet breakfast was below average We ate at both of the hotel restaurants and found the food mediocre and overpriced

The room facilities are relatively complete and new, and the environment is also very good. The ladies and brothers at the front desk are very considerate. I stayed for a long time this time, and I got to know the aunt who cleaned my room. She is from Northeast China and is very enthusiastic. Hahaha. It is trustworthy.

Facilities: There are bath and shower facilities, and there is a massage chair that can be used for free, which is very comfortable. There is no bathrobe, but it doesn't matter. Also, you have to go downstairs to get the takeaway, which is considered as exercise, which is not a big deal. Service: From the front desk to the cleaning staff, the attitude is very good. Knowing that my mother almost slipped, they immediately greeted and laid a cloth. There are welcome fruit and coffee coupons, and breakfast is basically Chinese and Western. Hygiene: It is quite clean. I saw the aunt vacuuming and wiping the door. Sound insulation is OK. At least there is no frequent opening and closing of doors in the middle of the night, and no one is making loud noises in the corridor, and no noises from the next door are heard. Of course, it may also be related to the quality of the tenants. In any case, it is recommended to stay.

I didn't expect much, but I didn't expect to see Wu Wangqian, a staff member wearing hotel work clothes, holding a black umbrella and appearing at the place where I got off the bus. After finding the room and checking in, I not only felt the quality of the software service, but also the hotel's hardware companions were excellent. Yesterday, because of some work needs, I had personal needs and contacted the customer service, asking if our hotel could help solve it. Unexpectedly, the customer service reported my needs to the manager Xie Caiyun. Manager Xie Caiyun did not refuse because it was a need outside the hotel's business, but relied on her personal ability and helped the passengers solve their needs very well without asking for anything in return. It exceeded the expectations of the passengers even more. During the supper time, I received dining service from the sales manager Qi Xianhui in the restaurant. During the service, she established a comfortable relationship with the guests in a way that the guests would not be disgusted with. She promoted the hotel's independent room reservation sales channel to the guests, which greatly increased the guests' stickiness to the hotel brand. The above specific examples and individuals are just part of the hotel brands that I feel that the hardware and software service level of the Mehao Lizhi Hotel Songjiang University Town Branch has always been the same as that of the hotel brand. I hope that our hotel can continue to work hard to find service features to achieve ”I have what you don't have and I am better than you”, and continue to create a home-like experience for guests. The B&B is really like an art palace. The elegant curved exterior combined with Jiangnan-style details is unique. The room is also decorated in light warm tones, which is cozy and romantic. The bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom is very spacious, and there are free tea bags and refrigerator drinks~ There is actually a private hot spring pool on the balcony~ In the outdoor yard, you can camp and barbecue, rent bicycles, and swim in the summer... The breakfast is rich and exquisite. Although it is a set meal, there are more than ten items. There are also two cute dogs, Wangzai and Baozi, who are very enthusiastic to see the guests~

This is the best Atour Hotel I have ever stayed in. Enthusiastic staff, clean rooms, thoughtful midnight snacks, and comfortable bedding. A week here really washed away my fatigue. When I really left, I felt a little reluctant. The investors were very willing to spend money and used the best materials. The texture is really different. The whole hotel is warm, safe and sunny! Everything was considered very comprehensively. When I went to do laundry, I found that there were seven or eight kinds of laundry products suitable for different clothes! There are also many books in the hall. If you want to read, just go and get one. You will feel safe and calm as soon as you enter the door. More importantly, the attitude of the staff here is very, very good. They will take the initiative to solve problems when they arise. When they see that someone is not doing well, they will take the initiative to provide convenience (such as giving water, helping to open the door with large items, and providing earplugs for those who are sensitive to the environment). When they saw that I was hungry, they even agreed to let me eat in the employee cafeteria! It is about 2km away from Sijing/Dongjing subway station, and there is also a bus that takes about 10 minutes. The transportation is okay, and there is a Lawson next to it, so it is not very, very, very remote. Oh, by the way, there are some cats and dogs at the door, and there are many trees around. The natural environment is pretty good. If you want to bask in the sun, you can come to the table in front of Lawson's door to bask in the sun. Good review! Hope to have the chance to come again!
