There is a free parking lot but it is very small. Fortunately, a driver helped me park the car. I took a taxi and the subway to travel. The room is quite big in Shanghai. The service of the beautiful lady at the front desk was also very good. For takeaway, I had to go downstairs and pick it up from the shelf at the entrance of the hotel. The only bad thing was that I found two stains on the towels. I hope they can strengthen the cleaning and disinfection work!

No matter which city, Atour is always considerate. Because we were worried that the baby would fall out of bed, the customer service lady brought a big stool for us late at night. The hotel smell with cigarettes. We had to stay at the room full of the cigarette smell for the night coz we arrived late and couldn’t be bothered to change room. It was great they changed the room straight away but then I smell the cigarette again at the corridor. It’s a non smoking hotel but guests are still allowed to smoke in the room. The laundry was disgusting, I can’t wash the clothes coz the washing machine was full of detergent and dryer wasn’t working. The room was big though and location was good Will not stay here again.
