I don't know if the Zhen Restaurant downstairs has a cooperation with this hotel, but the taste is quite good. The following pictures are the stir-fried dishes ordered at Zhen Restaurant. The price is also OK, about 50 or 60 yuan per person for three people. In addition, there is a Jang Geum Foot Massage nearby, which is a 24-hour massage parlor, but I didn't go to experience it. Overall, the surrounding environment is good and it is very convenient to reach various complexes and subways.

The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the water pressure is stable. It is worth mentioning that the hotel staff have a very good service attitude. Whether it is the front desk or the room service, it responds promptly, which makes people feel very considerate. Overall, it is very cost-effective and highly recommended.

非常差的住宿體驗 酒店房間還可以，空調系統較差，進房間開暖風需要較長時間才能熱。 服務態度看似很好，專業性極差，前台人員回覆問題堪稱一絕，對話如下：（早上8:45分電話至服務枱） 問：1、房間為什麼一早六點特別吵，有風機轟鳴的聲音，感覺像在機場附近。2、房間外走廊一直有關門聲，還有推車聲音，次數頻繁，很吵。 答：1、窗外是煙道，會比較吵，如果需要耳塞，現在給您送過去。2、您對面房間有住客。 實際情況：302房間外是布草間，所以才會有頻繁的開關門和推車聲。窗外的煙道是樓下餐廳煙道，所以夜裡沒有影響，一大早開始做飯才會開動排煙，轟鳴聲噪音。 酒店客房入住率也就30%多，這是入住時前台員工聊天時説的。入住的時候安排客房完全可以避開這種房間，或者提前告知房間位置的特殊情況，哪怕入住時給我個耳塞也不會讓入住體驗這麼差。服務人員培訓比較差，回答問題就是想盡辦法激化情緒，根本不會解答。要求酒店經理回覆，最終經理安排服務人員傳話，這經理是有多忙、多高貴，客人提問，酒店回覆還需要箇中間人，是級別不夠你接待是嗎？簡直莫名其妙。 早上8:45要給我送耳塞，是打算讓我睡個回籠覺到12點，然後退房？我是要多喜歡這個房間這張床，8點45接着睡覺！ 這個就是酒店服務人員的邏輯。 這家秋果避坑。

State-owned style hotel😂I stayed here last year, and I chose to stay here this year I can't say what's special about it, it's average, but it's quite comfortable to live in😊The room size is OK Disadvantages⚠️It's close to the viaduct, and there will be a lot of noise if you open the window when a large car passes by at night The location is 5 minutes walk from Ningguo Road subway station There are many restaurants around, not in popular scenic spots, and the prices are OK

This is a true treasure! For this price it’s just beyond. I stayed here for almost 2 weeks and it was important to me so I could spend time indoors just to relax. Advantages: - 5 min from metro and a park in front - pretty nice neighborhood  - Toothbrush, slippers are given - every morning they bring fresh towels/take out the trash/and bring new water - very cozy room Disadvantages: I’d say only two - in some parts of the room the walls are really dirty or scratched, if they would be painted there would be no problems. And the soundproofing is a bit bad, but not horrible, could hear someone snoring sometimes 😂

We had a really great stay upon checkin the room was not yet ready and had upgraded us to another room which we had really apricated after coming so far, the staff were so friendly and attentive and made effort to speak English when I was by myself, the breakfast was great, the hotel was located really central to everything and really close to the train station, will be staying again when we are back in Shanghai.

The room is clean and tidy, and all the necessary facilities are available, and they are all very useful. The hotel's free parking lot is also very convenient, which is very friendly for people who drive themselves. Although the breakfast is not luxurious, the variety is enough and the taste is good. The hotel is located a stone throw away from Wujiaochang where 5 malls are inter-connected via the central plaza. It is also where the metro line 10 station is. Plenty of restaurants and clothing stores to choose from. Shopped till you get tired. Hotel is efficient in checking in guests. Welcome basket of fruits is provided always upon checkin. Highly recommended for those who want conveniences.

Tancheng Hotel Shanghai / Arula Hotel located near Fudan University, this is my first time staying in Tancheng Hotel Shanghai visiting my daughter in Fudan university. the hotel room was big and has spacious lobby. Linda was very helpful and can speak English fluently so can assist me very well. other staff also very helpful. one plus thing they have paid washing machine so i can do our dirty laundry. next time I'm visiting my daughter i will stay in Tancheng hotel shanghai again.
