The room is very clean, the clerk's service attitude is also very good, there are dryers and washing machines for regular customers to put their clothes in for washing, there are toothbrushes packaged in storage bags, and the packaging is biodegradable. The overall cleanliness is very good. Although it rained, the room was not damp, and the quilt and bed felt dry. I will stay here again in the future! Very satisfied

Absolutely fantastic! The environment was comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location offers convenient transportation, and the breakfast spread had a great variety of delicious options. I'll definitely choose Atour Hotel again for my next trip.

Big room, clean and good service. I would recommend the hotel to adjust the air con in rooms to lower temp when the temp is hot like this week.

My experience at Atour was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and efficient. The subway station is just about a 500-meter walk away, and they even offer complimentary hot congee late into the night. The hotel itself is clean and quiet. The self-service laundry room is very practical, with staff even helping to wash and fold your clothes. Plus, it's conveniently located not far from the main attractions.

The hotel lobby is very grand, the decoration is very nice, the service is very meticulous, and every aspect is taken into consideration. The environment and sanitation are very good. The front desk staff is also very enthusiastic, the service is super good, the check-in is fast, the room has floor-to-ceiling windows, the breakfast is also very rich, and the stay is very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the subway station, with plenty of convenient dining options nearby. It's also great for families traveling with children. Suggestions: Two pillows for a double bed felt a bit sparse; four would be much more comfortable. Also, adding a clothesline would be a great convenience, especially for hanging personal towels and other small items.

I love the location of the hotel. Is quiet and peaceful. The hotel is clean and active. The workers are kind and polite. Lemmy and Roger served me throughout my stay and they were very polite and friendly. I will use this hotel when next I come to Shanghai

I suppose one cannot go wrong with the Marriot brand.. Excellent service and amenities. Excellent large room. Air-conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. Good selection of tea/coffee Wide selection at breakfast. Good coffee (Justin coffee machine - not heard of before but good selection) Not so good, can improve :- Lobby was always crowded - it could be because of some ongoing corporate event.. But it lessened the experience, due to the crowds and no availability of empty seating at lobby level. The car entrance to the hotel is good.. But the exit is very narrow and crowded due to parked delivery trucks, garbage bins etc. My DiDi had to navigate quite a bit to get out of the hotel and get on our way..

Location: The location was far than I expected! It’s not located exactly near the Dabaishu station, which requires 22min by walking distance (super inconvenient especially when you had a long day after shopping - carried a lot of stuffs and walk under cold weather). Best if you could download the China map app, save a lot of your time to find the right direction get to the hotel! Room and Cleanliness: Room floor was sticky on the first night when we arrived, we told the front desk and the guy came to clean the floor, thanks a lot! Bed was comfortable, clean and tidy. Toilet was pretty small, there’s no space to hang our clothes at all and the door can’t even lock! Complete amenities, they will provide complete set of toothbrushes, slippers, etc. on a daily basis. Breakfast: Breakfast is good, although they served the same kind of breakfast everyday but it’s sufficient and reasonable, healthy and just nice. Staff & Service: Lady staff at reception was pretty rude (Monday morning duty), I told her I’ve downloaded the China map app and there’s one feature - cab/taxi/ride that’s missing and I was not unable to book or call a cab and I request for a help, or perhaps if she could help me to call or tell me where exactly I can get a cab, and guess what that lady told me they don’t have this kind of service! What! You work under a hotel and you tell me you can’t even provide a cab service contact or airport transfer and you can’t even assist your foreign guest to book a cab?! Fortunately, on my last day of staying there’s a kind lady (two of them-Tuesday morning duty) were kind enough to help me book a cab to the airport.
