9am reached the hotel and was lucky they've room available, able to check in room to settle down đđ Service was great for the reception, and free laundry within 4 hrs return my clean clothes, which wrap in clean plastic bag, đ. Have good sleep which has a comfortable mattress, and breakfast has many varieties. I have a minor concern is the shower head water power not good enough and quite difficult to control the water temperature.

The room was clean but the location is just ok. I bit far from the main sightseeing places but the metro is walking distance. There were shopping malls around and family mart is just around the corner. We didnât want the room cleaned but the lady called us to make sure we didnât want the room to be cleaned. She said she can just change our towels and took out our trash and gave us more toilet paper and bottled water. Really good service.

The staff are extremely rude and the customer service overall is very poor. Staff are not welcoming and go out of their way to try and make your stay difficult. Aside from that the rooms are very clean and spacious and the price is very reasonable. The outdoor pool is a plus in the summer, but the lack of pool loungers which have seemingly been replaced with yoga mats is very low rent. Would highly recommend if you are planning not to spend much time at the hotel, or if it is summer and you are wanting to luxuriate in an outdoor pool - otherwise donât bother! They clearly donât want repeat business.

Everything is very good, especially the location, near the subway, there are restaurants and hey tea !!
The rooms are clean and suitable for families and friends.
Very good hotel! The most important is that the staff are so nice, literally all of them. They will always help you out like ordering taxi, doing laundry and more. My friend needed some extra help with an item she bought and they made sure it was fixed right away. We really appreciate them since we are not familiar with China or speaking chinese. Overall, we had no issues at all and everything went well here. The area isn't bad and not too far from tourist spots. I hope the best for them :)
Mr zhang at the front desk with the glasses is extremely kind and helpful. He does an amazing job doing introductions to all the hotel facilities and gave us lots of water to drink. He was very welcoming and very helpful. He went a step further other to even help me doing the drying cloths job which isnât supposed to be the scope of his work. Super kind and friendly and I am very thankful.
The place is very central, close to many fancy restaurants and cafes, suchs Starbucksâs and Tims, the room is very spaciousus, sufficient lights from the windows and very comfort AC temperature. The bed is large and soft, ensured us to have very deep sleep. The TV programs are fun to watch.
The amenities are very new, great sitting area in the lounge, comfy couches and very nice laundry facilitiesiloyies on the second floors floor. Breakfast is such a plus, they have a greatt number of different types of food, from sweet dumplings to tasty shanghai noodles, from watermelon to fresh veggie salad. Yogurts and Milk, I definitely would come back again and itâs my only go to placee in the area.

Very incompetent staff, only a quarter speak English. After a quiet night and a trip to the provinces, I came back 48 hours later and requested a quiet room on a higher floor with the same standard to have a better view. Either I asked for a noisy room without realizing it, or they simply didnât understand me, because I ended up right in front of the railway tracks â with a train passing every 1 minute and 30 seconds, shaking the lights. HOOOOOORRRRRRIBLE. I simply do not recommend this hotel.
Overall, a great stay! The value for money is excellent, and the rooms are really nice â you wouldn't guess it's a hotel that's been open for ten years. It's very close to Hongqiao Airport, and the surrounding amenities are good, making it super convenient. There's even a subway line right outside the entrance. We went to Xintiandi in the evening, and the subway ride was very convenient. There's a unique boat display at the hotel entrance, and the service was absolutely superb. This is easily one of the best hotels I've stayed at in years, both for the overall experience and value. Plus, there's a kids' play area on the fourth floor. I'm already planning to bring my child here next time!
The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite Changfeng Park. It's easily accessible from Metro Line 15, Exit 3 â just turn right and walk a short distance, and you'll spot the hotel's signage. There are also convenient bus routes nearby, and Joy City Mall is right across the street, making it incredibly convenient for transportation, dining, and shopping.
The facilities are new. The room was standard, though it could use a few more drawers. The magnifying round mirror near the vanity requires quite a bend to use, which was a bit awkward đ. I assume a retractable mirror isn't feasible given the room's design.
The service was excellent, truly flawless! đ
My only minor quibble is that I didn't get a room facing Changfeng Park this time.
This Hualuxe property features an executive lounge, offering both afternoon tea and Happy Hour, which was a very welcome amenity.
The room is large and clean. The two guys at the front desk are enthusiastic and the room attendants on the 6th floor are enthusiastic and proactive. The hotel is very close to the subway and very convenient for travel. It is also not far from the Dahua Hucheng shopping district and can be reached on foot. There are many places to eat there

AAnonymous UserThe customer service was great. The room had windows that opened for ventilation and screens, so there were no mosquitoes. There were many restaurants and bars nearby. The elevator had a card reader to go upstairs, and there was a text message at the door with an anti-theft link, which was reassuring. When it was hot, ice and lemonade were provided on the first floor.
GGuest UserThe staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in at the front desk was handled efficiently, and room service was highly responsive, with every request met promptly. Their welcoming smiles made us feel completely at ease. The hotel itself features a stylish and grand design, highlighted by a spacious and brightly lit lobby. Our room was impeccably clean and tidy, with wonderfully soft and comfortable bedding. The excellent soundproofing ensured a perfect night's sleep. Every detail was simply perfect!

Outstanding
MM254543****The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and felt quite luxurious and spacious. The laundry and drying facilities were very convenient, and the hotel offered a rich variety of dining options. The rooms were bright and airy, and housekeeping was always prompt. I had a very pleasant stay. While the hotel is a bit of a walk from the subway station, it's still easily accessible on foot. The surrounding area is incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining, entertainment, parks, and libraries nearby. Shanghai's metro system is excellent, making it effortless to get around the city. Overall, a highly satisfying experience.
AAnonymous UserFirst of all, let's talk about the hygiene problem. How long has this room been unoccupied? Or is the hygiene cleaning just a formality? I wiped it with wet wipes. Picture 1 shows the tabletop, and Picture 2 shows the sink. If it was cleaned, this situation would not happen. I haven't taken pictures of the bedside table and the clothes hanging bar. I wiped it without making any noise. You can imagine it. I can accept the small space of the room and the poor sound insulation, but it is difficult to comment on your hygiene problem. The shower water is very big and comfortable, and the bed is relatively soft. There is not even a place to hang clothes in the bathroom. The shower door opens inwards, which is rare. The window of the room is facing the street, which is a little noisy. Because we got up early, breakfast was not served yet, but milk, bread and eggs were available. I don't know if it was because we were going to run a marathon, so the breakfast time was advanced. This is a compliment. There are no shops near the hotel. If you need food and daily necessities, you should look around. The nearby bus is convenient, and the subway is far away. Check-out is 14:00, and you can take a shower and rest after running, which is also a blessing for runners like me.
GGuest UserEven though it only recently opened, I've already returned multiple times. The overall decor features warm tones, and the lighting is soft and non-glaring. The room layout feels very residential and comfortable. The mattress provides excellent support with just the right firmness, and you can choose between soft or firm pillows. Thoughtful details like bedside USB-C and multi-port outlets are very convenient.
The gym is far more impressive than what you'd find in most hotels of its class. Besides the usual treadmills and elliptical machines, they offer a good selection of dumbbells and even a cable pulley machine, allowing for exercises like lat pulldowns, flyes, and rows. Towels and bottled water are provided, and the ventilation is good.
The service truly stands out, especially from Dora at the front desk. On my first visit, my room had a slight new-renovation smell. After I reported it, Dora promptly changed my room within minutes, showing great efficiency and professionalism. This time, she even proactively upgraded me to a suite.
The common areas are also very pleasant, with a modern and youthful design aesthetic. While the hotel is still in its ramp-up phase, the organization and attention to detail are already remarkably polished. My sincere thanks to Dora and the entire front desk team for their attentiveness. I'll definitely make this my first choice for future Shanghai trips and will recommend it to friends for both business travel and weekend getaways.
GGuest UserI gave it a full five-star rating, but that doesn't mean it was without its minor quirks. đ
The suite we booked was truly excellent and impeccably clean. It's particularly well-suited for business travelers, with an abundance of power outlets conveniently located everywhere.
I only have two minor observations:
1. The toilet was unusually high. My feet were dangling when I sat down, which felt quite awkward. đ
2. The rug in front of the sofa was a bit dirty. I understand this type of carpet can be hard to keep perfectly clean, and I didn't get a photo of it.
Aside from these small points, everything else was fantastic. The location is extremely convenient, being very close to the subway station. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip. I hope the hotel continues to excel and enjoy great success! đ
AAnonymous UserThe room was cramped, but fortunately there were no windows, so there was no noise from the roadside. In addition to the poor air quality, you can only turn on the air conditioner the whole time, which will be relatively dry. The air is stuffy. It's quite quiet. The most convenient thing about it is that it is close to the subway entrance, so it is easy to travel around. There are no large shopping districts around, so it is fine for pure living. There are many pricing channels, including store price, platform price, online price, and internal membership price. Offers vary.

GGuest UserThe second time I stayed, the experience of the previous stay was not 100% satisfactory, but the boss service was very good, not only gave the voucher but also made a lot of rectifications;
The housekeeper contacted me in advance before check-in and gave me a very detailed check-in guide, including the subway and parking lot. Their home is in a single-family apartment building. It is better to recognize the check-in guide.
This time I changed the toilet and bedding, and the bedding was replaced with a mattress, which was very good; the bath towels and towels were replaced with thicker ones, and the number was more than before;
The construction foundation of the Jade Buddha Temple downstairs has been completed, and there is no big movement. It seems that the construction time has been delayed in the morning. The morning is basically very quiet.
The style of their room is quite a lot, the overall design is more, and the boss can listen to the opinions of the tenants, and change it if you know the mistakes.
