The complimentary shuttle service to and from Hongqiao Airport and Hongqiao Railway Station (one trip each way) was incredibly convenient. It meant our family didn't need to take taxis and saved us a lot of hassle. The driver was excellent, and they even provided bottled water on the shuttle.
The facilities are top-notch, including a 24-hour gym. Our room also featured a minibar with drinks available. The soundproofing was impressive, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation was a nice touch.
The surrounding area is also great, with two large shopping malls nearby. Being so close to the metro station made it super convenient to explore the city.
My family and I were very pleased with the hotel, and we hope it continues to excel!

The staff are extremely rude and the customer service overall is very poor. Staff are not welcoming and go out of their way to try and make your stay difficult. Aside from that the rooms are very clean and spacious and the price is very reasonable. The outdoor pool is a plus in the summer, but the lack of pool loungers which have seemingly been replaced with yoga mats is very low rent. Would highly recommend if you are planning not to spend much time at the hotel, or if it is summer and you are wanting to luxuriate in an outdoor pool - otherwise don’t bother! They clearly don’t want repeat business.

The room was clean but the location is just ok. I bit far from the main sightseeing places but the metro is walking distance. There were shopping malls around and family mart is just around the corner. We didn’t want the room cleaned but the lady called us to make sure we didn’t want the room to be cleaned. She said she can just change our towels and took out our trash and gave us more toilet paper and bottled water. Really good service.

Very incompetent staff, only a quarter speak English. After a quiet night and a trip to the provinces, I came back 48 hours later and requested a quiet room on a higher floor with the same standard to have a better view. Either I asked for a noisy room without realizing it, or they simply didn’t understand me, because I ended up right in front of the railway tracks — with a train passing every 1 minute and 30 seconds, shaking the lights. HOOOOOORRRRRRIBLE. I simply do not recommend this hotel.
It has been my second time in this hotel and both my experiences were great! The room is very comfortable and clean, the staff is nice and friendly and the breakfast was very very nice with many different choices. The only downside was that the room smelled like cigarettes’ smoke even though I asked for a no-smoking treatment but, apart from that, I really recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was easy to find, with plenty of dining options nearby. It's a tranquil oasis in a bustling area. The bedding was excellent, and it was wonderfully quiet at night. The expansive view from the window was a bonus. I usually struggle to fall asleep, but the complimentary goodnight drink combined with the peaceful environment ensured I had a perfect night's rest.
The service was also incredibly attentive. The staff were all soft-spoken, and their thoughtful guidance and detailed tips made us feel very well looked after.
Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The mixed noodles (拌面) and mini wontons (小馄饨) were exceptionally fresh and flavorful, perfectly complemented by a wide variety of fried egg options. It was a truly delightful culinary experience, definitely worthy of being on a 'must-eat' list. I would love to return and experience it again if I get the chance.

While some of the room's facilities felt a bit dated, it was spotlessly clean, and the staff were attentive enough to provide a clothes drying rack when they saw I was air-drying clothes.
The swimming pool was the main reason I chose this hotel, and it did not disappoint. It was less crowded in the evenings, making it perfect for the kids to maintain their water confidence.
The self-service laundry room could benefit from more plastic bags and notepads; a laundry hamper would also be a great addition.
The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options, and I appreciated that teacups were available for brewing tea.
The location is also very convenient, being just a few hundred meters from two subway stations. Plus, there's a lovely bakery nearby with delicious treats.
The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a truly great night's sleep. They thoughtfully provided pillows of two different firmness levels. The service was excellent, and the hotel boasted comprehensive amenities. The gym on the second floor, accessible by swiping a guest card, is rather compact but impressively includes a Smith machine. Breakfast was fantastic, offering a wonderful blend of both Chinese and Western dishes. All in all, a truly wonderful experience.
The room is large and clean. The two guys at the front desk are enthusiastic and the room attendants on the 6th floor are enthusiastic and proactive. The hotel is very close to the subway and very convenient for travel. It is also not far from the Dahua Hucheng shopping district and can be reached on foot. There are many places to eat there
Overall, a great stay! The value for money is excellent, and the rooms are really nice – you wouldn't guess it's a hotel that's been open for ten years. It's very close to Hongqiao Airport, and the surrounding amenities are good, making it super convenient. There's even a subway line right outside the entrance. We went to Xintiandi in the evening, and the subway ride was very convenient. There's a unique boat display at the hotel entrance, and the service was absolutely superb. This is easily one of the best hotels I've stayed at in years, both for the overall experience and value. Plus, there's a kids' play area on the fourth floor. I'm already planning to bring my child here next time!

GGuest User**Smart Room Controls:** Each guest room features an Xiaodu smart display, supporting voice control for curtains, lights, TV, and other amenities. Guests can switch to sleep mode with a single touch and even request item delivery simply by speaking. It perfectly blends advanced technology with ultimate convenience.
**Thoughtful Design Details:** Rooms come with a refrigerator featuring a freezer compartment – a true lifesaver in summer! The versatile, height-adjustable island table is perfect for both business and family needs, truly a godsend for those who appreciate ease.
**Front Desk Service:** Yoyo at the front desk was exceptionally attentive. She handled everything from invoicing to local tour arrangements with ease. Her excellent service made my stay very pleasant and delightful.
AAnonymous UserThe customer service was great. The room had windows that opened for ventilation and screens, so there were no mosquitoes. There were many restaurants and bars nearby. The elevator had a card reader to go upstairs, and there was a text message at the door with an anti-theft link, which was reassuring. When it was hot, ice and lemonade were provided on the first floor.
GGuest UserVery helpful and friendly staff though they didn't speak any English. Breakfast was a bit bland and low quality but OK. The rooms were well designed and equipped but the only problem is that they smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms nice with actual doors which is rare in China hostels.

Their welcoming smiles made us feel completely at ease. The hotel itself features a stylish and grand design, highlighted by a spacious and brightly lit lobby. Our room was impeccably clean and tidy, with wonderfully soft and comfortable bedding. The excellent soundproofing ensured a perfect night's sleep. Every detail was simply perfect!

GGuest UserCleanliness: The bed linens were a bit of a problem; they made my skin itchy, and I developed a small rash the next day that hasn't gone away yet.
The front desk service was excellent, and the staff were very polite. Check-in and check-out were efficient and excellent. However, upon check-in, I wasn't informed that my room had no windows, so it was all wall-to-wall with no view, which was a negative. My request for an upgrade was ultimately unsuccessful.
The bathroom in the room was spacious and nice, but the cleanliness of the linens and towels warrants attention.
The minibar had a wide selection of coffee and tea, and was well-stocked.
The hotel doesn't have a pool, but there are swimming options nearby.
AAnonymous UserFirst of all, let's talk about the hygiene problem. How long has this room been unoccupied? Or is the hygiene cleaning just a formality? I wiped it with wet wipes. Picture 1 shows the tabletop, and Picture 2 shows the sink. If it was cleaned, this situation would not happen. I haven't taken pictures of the bedside table and the clothes hanging bar. I wiped it without making any noise. You can imagine it. I can accept the small space of the room and the poor sound insulation, but it is difficult to comment on your hygiene problem. The shower water is very big and comfortable, and the bed is relatively soft. There is not even a place to hang clothes in the bathroom. The shower door opens inwards, which is rare. The window of the room is facing the street, which is a little noisy. Because we got up early, breakfast was not served yet, but milk, bread and eggs were available. I don't know if it was because we were going to run a marathon, so the breakfast time was advanced. This is a compliment. There are no shops near the hotel. If you need food and daily necessities, you should look around. The nearby bus is convenient, and the subway is far away. Check-out is 14:00, and you can take a shower and rest after running, which is also a blessing for runners like me.
GGuest UserI gave it a full five-star rating, but that doesn't mean it was without its minor quirks. 😂
The suite we booked was truly excellent and impeccably clean. It's particularly well-suited for business travelers, with an abundance of power outlets conveniently located everywhere.
I only have two minor observations:
1. The toilet was unusually high. My feet were dangling when I sat down, which felt quite awkward. 😂
2. The rug in front of the sofa was a bit dirty. I understand this type of carpet can be hard to keep perfectly clean, and I didn't get a photo of it.
Aside from these small points, everything else was fantastic. The location is extremely convenient, being very close to the subway station. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip. I hope the hotel continues to excel and enjoy great success! 👍
GGuest UserThe room is very clean and the environment is very good. The service attitude of the front desk sister is very good. The cleaning lady is also very enthusiastic. If I come to Shanghai to watch a concert next year, I will book this hotel again
Very close to the subway station. The subway is only four or five stops away from Shanghai Stadium. It is also very close to Raffles SRP. It is very suitable for friends who are watching concerts. It is a perfect hotel

GGuest UserThe second time I stayed, the experience of the previous stay was not 100% satisfactory, but the boss service was very good, not only gave the voucher but also made a lot of rectifications;
The housekeeper contacted me in advance before check-in and gave me a very detailed check-in guide, including the subway and parking lot. Their home is in a single-family apartment building. It is better to recognize the check-in guide.
This time I changed the toilet and bedding, and the bedding was replaced with a mattress, which was very good; the bath towels and towels were replaced with thicker ones, and the number was more than before;
The construction foundation of the Jade Buddha Temple downstairs has been completed, and there is no big movement. It seems that the construction time has been delayed in the morning. The morning is basically very quiet.
The style of their room is quite a lot, the overall design is more, and the boss can listen to the opinions of the tenants, and change it if you know the mistakes.
