Excellent location, at the distance from the central area, but metro few steps from the entrance. Line 2 (which goes through all major locations and airport) is either by Didi / 1 change/ on foot. The hotel is clean, comfortable, daily cleaning, smooth check in by friendly Henry. Receptionists don’t speak English, but doesn’t cause any problems as they have a magical digital translator with very accurate translation.

room is ok, breakfast is ok too. location is a bit walk to metro station but can ride bicycle so no worries. from outside , hotel look ok. my room was at level 4 but when i wrongly went to level 8, it's totally different vibes. overall is good

虹桥机场/虹桥火车站接送各一次: Stayed 2 nights in this hotel, from the moment we stepped in, all the housekeepers greeted us warmly and help us with our luggages. The check in process was smooth, they also allow us to check in much earlier as the room is available. The lobby is beautiful. Our room is spacious, beautifully designed. The mattress is also comfortable. They also provided warm floral tea and fresh fruits everyday. It is a small but lovely gesture. On our check out date, the housekeeper, Xiao Yao helped us to arrange the shuttle to Hongqiao high speed railway station. Lastly, a sweet gift from them really made our day.

Nice Service Apartment Hotel! Wonderful breakfast and a nice sitting patio outside on the 8th floor. Checkin on the 8th floor. Located close 80m from 889 Plaza and office Tower. Many restaurants and fast food. Longde Line 2 is about 600m walk and Wunning Rd Line 14 about 850m walk. There is Herma and Aldi close by. Rooms are clean, a little compact and modern. I will stay here now every business trip, as my company office is at 889. It was nice to have a washing machine with soap in room to wash some items before next trip.

Overall is quite good. The staffs unable to speak English but it is fine we able to chat via WeChat. The location is very convenient and close to Mrt Wuning road walk distance around 5 minutes near few shopping malls and a lot of restaurants nearby.

At that time, I tried to place an order to stay here👀. I didn’t have high expectations at first, because the price was just over 100 yuan, but I was surprised when I entered the door. There was actually an open-air garden where I could smoke, drink tea and chat in the afternoon. When I checked in at the front desk, the beautiful lady on duty saw that I was with my child and took the initiative to upgrade my room for free. After entering the room, I felt like I had unearthed a treasure of Shanghai hotels. The bed is so comfortable, soft and luxurious. I booked this hotel in Shanghai because I stayed at Amara in Bangkok previously and remembered the comfy bed. Shanghai location did not disappoint. Front desk was incredibly helpful, helping me print some things and arrange delivery to send a suitcase back to Beijing. Unfortunately the bidet in my suite did not work. I didn’t talk to the front desk about it, maybe they could have switched rooms for me, but I was too busy to bring it up. The breakfast is fine, but there should be a sign letting guests know about the egg station. I didn’t realize I could get freshly cooked eggs until I saw another guest walk up and ask for it.
