This time, I arrived at the Shama Hotel in Shanghai, where the front desk staff, Angel Zhu, provided exceptionally attentive service. Whether it was the arrangement of the room or the introduction to the surrounding environment, she made me feel thoroughly valued. She swiftly completed the check-in process for me and escorted me to my room. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai. The room was spacious and bright, with a decor that elegantly blended modern style with the charm of old Shanghai. The interior was meticulously arranged. Looking out from the window, whether it was the bustling traffic during the day or the dazzling lights at night, I was utterly enchanted. The gym also allowed me to maintain a healthy lifestyle and enjoy relaxation. If you have the chance to visit Shanghai, don’t miss out on this experience. I believe it will offer you a uniquely memorable stay.

Overall is quite good. The staffs unable to speak English but it is fine we able to chat via WeChat. The location is very convenient and close to Mrt Wuning road walk distance around 5 minutes near few shopping malls and a lot of restaurants nearby.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, modern and comfortable. The room was spacious, with great amenities, pretty, and a great value for money. The whole staff team we met were super kind and friendly, always ready to help kindly. The services are top notch. The receptionist, the butler sister, the restaurant staff were all very kind, welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and very friendly and kind services. Breakfast selection is plenty and tasty. The hotel provides free laundry service too which was super. We have used Yunhe Yebo hotel in Xi'an and another branch near Pudong airport and their standard is all great. will use this hotel brand again when I go to China. At check-out, we were given cute gifts as well. Amazing hotel!

Nice Service Apartment Hotel! Wonderful breakfast and a nice sitting patio outside on the 8th floor. Checkin on the 8th floor. Located close 80m from 889 Plaza and office Tower. Many restaurants and fast food. Longde Line 2 is about 600m walk and Wunning Rd Line 14 about 850m walk. There is Herma and Aldi close by. Rooms are clean, a little compact and modern. I will stay here now every business trip, as my company office is at 889. It was nice to have a washing machine with soap in room to wash some items before next trip.

room is ok, breakfast is ok too. location is a bit walk to metro station but can ride bicycle so no worries. from outside , hotel look ok. my room was at level 4 but when i wrongly went to level 8, it's totally different vibes. overall is good

For breakfast, you can choose from 11 options in advance and it will be delivered to your room at the time you specify the next morning. I stayed for 5 nights and all the portions and flavors were satisfying. It's a bit far from the center of Shanghai, so it can be inconvenient depending on where you're going. I think it's a good value for a solo traveler.

The room should be made of partitions, long strips, the overall layout is very novel, but the facilities are complete. It feels good to stay in this room during the May Day holiday for more than 400 yuan. The refrigerator has excellent cooling, central air conditioning, microwave induction cooker, and separate toilet and bathroom. Curtains, air conditioning, etc. are all smart home control, which is very convenient to use with a shout. It is relatively close to the city center/Hongqiao, and the takeaway ordered from the hotel is also rich. Internet celebrity restaurants such as Huoshaoyun deliver within one hour. What is more interesting is that there will be no extra people going upstairs on the accommodation floor. It is a robot that delivers food, which is very convenient and private. The only regret is that the wifi signal is extremely poor, and it is almost impossible to connect. I had to connect to the next door several times. The sound insulation is above average. The loudest sound is the traffic near the window. There are frequent ambulance sounds nearby. If you care, you need to pay attention to the geographical location.

Hotel check in and check out was easy and quick. The front desk had a voice translator which made us feel comfortable as we cannot speak Mandarin. Room was beautiful, bed was super comfy, and had a nice view. The toilet and shower were AMAZING! Very friendly staff, especially the maids, very accommodating.

This is a beautifully designed boutique hotel - with innovative spatial configuration and interior styling. But the management is a bit at AirB&B level, seemingly run by the owner's family members rather than a professionally trained team. The room I was originally assigned to had an intense smell of cigarrette; the room I changed to upon request had an obvious smell of mildew. The only window in the room does not provide sightline to outside; it's only for ventilation and indirect natural daylight. The location is between city center and the Hongqiao train station, which is the reason I chose the hotel, but the area has no nearby attractions.

Very friendly staff. Helpful and able to arrnage for a late check out. Breakfast is good. Walking distance to metro station. A good option out of city area. Will recommend to friends.
