This was my second stay here but it was not as good of an experience. Overall the hotel is still good value for the money. However, this time the noise of the garbage trucks at the facility on the west side of the hotel was very loud and woke me up very early in the morning. I was in a similar room as last time but for some reason, there was not much noise. Asking for a quiet room, they really should put you on the back side of Building B, which looks out onto the parking lot. But the most disappointing thing was the check in process. Last time it was relatively quick but this time, it took about 20 minutes, which is excessive. The reason it took so long is that the attendant kept helping other people while completing my check in. This was very frustrating and unprofessional. I will give the hotel another chance but wear earplugs if I am put in Building A again. If that does not work, sadly, I will need to find another option.

When I came to Shanghai for tourism, I stayed at Home Inn for the first time and was amazed. The service here is particularly good. They greeted me every time I entered and exited the hotel, and poured me a cup of hot water when I checked in, which was warm and considerate. When I checked in, they reminded me of the breakfast time, and took the initiative to remind me that the hotel has added a new laundry service. When I took the clothes to the front desk, someone would check whether the clothes could be machine washed. They were very professional. After washing them for me, they sent them to my room. This service is really great. There are many types of breakfast, affordable, and a good environment. The hotel also has a large parking lot, free parking, and the room is cleaned very cleanly. The experience of staying in is very comfortable. I like this hotel very much and give you a thumbs up

I stayed at Home Inn for a month and it was a good experience overall. The superior twin room was large and the parking lot behind the room was quiet. There were a lot of small flying insects on the first day of check-in, and changing rooms solved this problem. The rooms have screens to prevent flying insects from entering the room. The parking lot is free for guests. The transportation is convenient and there is a bus stop outside. The hygiene is also good. Towels are changed every day. If you need to change the sheets, you can also tell the aunt.

The room has windows, the bed is high and soft, it is very comfortable to live in, free parking is available, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. Things in Shanghai are expensive, parking fees are expensive, don't come to Shanghai unless necessary

Compared with other Home Inns, their standard rooms are larger, with sofas and small tables. The soundproofing in the room is average, and you can hear other people taking showers and talking in the corridor.

Checked in at midnight, the front desk patiently received us. During the National Day, the hotel price was reasonable, the room was clean and the fragrance was in place. I stayed for two days and ran out of things. I left a message and it was delivered immediately. The hotel breakfast was also very rich. I ate a full meal every morning hahahaha 😂. It is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient
