入住9天，整體是滿意，不竟價格不平宜。 當中的問題，聯絡房東都很迅速回覆及處理，例如：入住時，每個廁所衹有一卷廁紙， 電視遙控掣沒有電池，有一天 wifi 失效看不到電視，聯絡房東都是馬上回覆及跟進的。

房間很大，温馨，很明亮，裝修風格也是在我心趴上，我們一大家子完全住的下，地理位置優越方便，🚇地鐵就在門口，步行5-15分鐘到達附近很多景點，人民廣場，外灘，步行街 豫園，博物館等等還有好多，房間床很大，床品乾淨 柔軟，睡的很踏實，能給寶寶燒飯，一次性拖鞋 牙刷 刮鬍刀齊全，管家服務熱情 下次還會再來

這次回國想多接人氣，想遛彎去外灘，又想要大的空間，所以選了這個民宿。這套公寓完全滿足了我的需求，乾淨，空間設計很舒適。離地鐵口很近，附近還有洗肺的人民公園，我們因此頭一次在中國乘地鐵，真的是太方便太乾淨了。民宿附近就是步行街，瑜伽館和餐廳質量都很高，散着步就去了。 後來行程有變，加住了幾天，然後最後兩天要提前離開，房東都非常爽快配合，加住的幾天因為住的時間長，房東還慷慨地給了折扣價比攜程便宜。屋子裡的用品都很好用，床睡的舒服，就像在家一樣。我孩子需要些紙，房東還好心地讓阿姨去買了紙筆，很貼心。唯一一點是我方向感很差，第一天到達時跟着視頻找不到，讓阿姨出來接的。建議以後可以給客人主動offer在毒蛇麪館接人，會減少方向感不夠好的客人的stress，尤其長途旅行的客人剛到時都挺累的還有行李。

離南京路很近，買東西可以先放回房間，離拉m豆 和平食禮都很近，房子整潔趕緊，設施完善，一家人住的很開心😃停車場大叔人也很好 樓下的陳記海鮮味道很好，可以去嚐嚐

這個民宿離南京路步行街僅一街之隔，真的是相當便利的位置！第一次訂民宿還擔心會不會與照片之間有落差，結果進門的一瞬間所有擔心一掃而空，室內裝修十分新穎實用，和家人住的2個晚上都十分舒適！工作人員也是非常及時的回覆和給予幫助，下次來上海還會考慮訂這個民宿！

非常難得！在上海浦西核心區域人民廣場地鐵站附近找到了一家性價比超高的民宿。
該民宿位於中福城小區，距離地鐵站衹有不到5分鐘的步行路程，實在十分難得。
小區距離外灘等核心景點也可步行抵達，來福士廣場下樓拐彎就到。還有永豐麪館，滬西老弄堂麪館等特色餐廳，用一碗葱油拌麪就能打開你的老上海記憶。
房間面積很大，花不到同地段酒店二分之一的價格，卻能暢享5倍於酒店房間的面積，性價比無敵！
房間裝修時尚，大氣，簡約，有格調，配色令人感到極度舒適，回到房間瞬間就有放鬆之感。
房間配有純凈水機，電動馬桶，按摩淋浴（部分房間的淋浴出水的感覺十分細膩）。
唯一有待改進的地方就是部分房間的隔音有待加強。
