Not far from Shanghai train station or Shanghai South (a taxi is around 20 minutes). It’s very close to the Mercedes Benz Arena and the China Art Museum. Arrived and was pleased with how calming it was in the middle of such a busy city. Checking in and out was very easy. There really isn’t any overhead lighting, a lot of natural light. Which I enjoyed. The zen like energy is great for someone like me. It’s easy to get to the Yuyuan Garden and the Bund. From the China Art Museum station it’s about 30-40 minutes. Even nearby, there’s the river and an area to shop, eat, and watch a movie. Service was fantastic. From checking out, the restaurant…just the entire staff. The restaurant is great as well. Had dinner there the first night as it was raining, I was tired and saw good reviews about it. I would go back. Overall, I would stay here again if I’m in Shanghai and have already recommended it to my friends as well if they travel down here.

The first thing I really liked was the hotel staff, they were super nice and helpful. I also loved the hotel’s vibe. It was quiet and peaceful, great for relaxing. And the room was so cute, modern, clean, and super comfy to sleep in.

Booked this hotel for concert walk distance to arena. Everything is perfect only wall has a little stained. Staff are very friendly! I like they offer alcohol pad to sanitize things and incense to refresh room air and water pressure is very good and the breakfast is a must try!

The hotel vibe was very cozy and i felt relax at the first sight. Room was clean but one problem is central ac was so hot during night time and can not adjust but the staff are very helpful by offering us to sleep in another room that has the window. The food tasting good!

Nice little sanctuary and very zen away from the busy city centre. Walking distance to museum and train station. Good breakfast. Attentive staffs. Enjoyed the singing bowl sound therapy and had a great session. Fan session was fun too.

Had a great stay! The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the city center, but if you don’t mind the distance, it’s definitely a great place to stay!

Great hotel, very nice, clean, warm (we were in the cold season). Excellent staff. We recommend going up to the roof to get a panoramic view of the city and visiting the attached restaurant.

The hotel is a pleasant place to stay, with its nice architecture and design. However, the lighting in the rooms could be improved as it is not sufficient. Despite this, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, which makes up for some of the shortcomings. It's a pity that there is no gym available, but the hotel does offer yoga classes, which is a good alternative for those looking to stay active during their stay. Unfortunately, coffee, tea, and other beverages are not readily available in the vicinity of the hotel, which might be a slight inconvenience for guests who prefer to have these options closer at hand.

Generally good. Hotel signage wasn’t obvious so e-hailing driver had difficulty finding the entrance.

We stayed for a couple of nights and had a wonderful experience. The inner courtyard with the tea room was absolutely charming, and the adorable cats added a special touch. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spotless. Breakfast was varied and delicious. You can also order dinner at the restaurant — beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. So far, this is the most beautiful hotel I’ve stayed at in China.
