The room is not bad, I liked the location - 2 minutes walk to the metro and 10 minutes walk to the embankment from the observation deck to skyscrapers. The staff is nice, they always get in touch and help. The only negative is dirty towels and bedding. But for the price it is acceptable. For those who want to save money!

1. There isn't enough toilet paper, slipper shoes is really inconvinient. Has Only two clothes hanger. 2. Has No lift 3. Service desk not that hospital. 4. Just the location is good. Near metro.

Near to the bund good location but first room didn’t have windows and upgraded to new room

I am warning you to book this hotel. This is not a hotel. It is a nightmare. There are so many bed bugs. I checked out soon after 30 minutes i checked in. You can check the photo and video how big the bugs are or insects. It is a risk to your health if you stay here

For the sake of Location & Price, good. Pretty good. Hotel not clean, but for me still ok. No amenities. Recepcion ok. Can speak basic english. Please note that hotel dont have elevator. Need to take stairs. Not good if you have many luggage

Very dirty hotel, they dont have a lift, so you have to lift your luggage.
