1. Hotel front desk very friendly but a bit upset when they informed us that extra bed is not applicable for all rooms type but trip.com sent me email confirmation mentioned that adding extra bed is available. 2. My parents went to hotel’s level 2 to have breakfast. The front staff’s attitude very poor and the waitress removed my father’s half eaten food. My father’s left his coffee at the table then continue to get his food, when he went back to his seat, his coffee being removed by the waitress. 3. As I almost finished my food, i noticed that there was an insect but i am not sure what kind of insect it is. The staff refunded to me immediately and gave me a bag of fruits. The kitchen staff asked me to not reveal what happened that day onto the internet so that they don't get a bad review. This made me speechless. 4. The location quite far from shanghai metro. 5. Plenty of local food around the hotel.

The front desk is quick to check us in when we arrived. The washroom uses a sliding door that does not have a lock. So, it is quite worrying every time we use the toilet or shower because someone might accidentally open the door at any time. There is no towel hook to be found and please keep in mind the fridge cannot store ice cream, ours melted. The breakfast buffet is very oily and the plastic cups are yellowing already. The food does not taste okay. But the location is quite good, 18 minutes drive away from the pier to take the river cruise. There are also many restaurants next to the hotel.

Typhoon day, we stay in this hotel, the staffs are very friendly. The breakfast food have many option to choose.😊

Location : Metro station is 500+m away from hotel, it’s very far but a bit not convenience when having typhoon or heavy rain with your own luggage. Food: Morning breakfast buffet overall is normal. But we having some compensate dinner because some rain water leakage in from the window on typhoon day, the dinner food is very nice especially the 红烧肉！！ Remark: Doesn’t come with mini refrigerator for our rooms, that one of the upset part Overall: It’s 4.5 out of 5 for me

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. It's an old hotel with outdated facilities, including the air conditioning, and it didn’t feel very clean. The service at the front desk was average, though the housekeeping aunties were nice. The breakfast was quite old-fashioned and didn’t feel fresh. The overall atmosphere had an outdated vibe, and it seemed like a spot for tour groups of older folks. There were only three family rooms, and although the room was spacious, we had to walk quite far to reach the last room at the corner, which didn’t feel safe. 不推荐这家酒店。酒店很旧，设施也过时了，包括空调，感觉不太干净。前台的服务很一般，不过客房清洁阿姨们很友善。早餐非常传统，感觉不太新鲜。整体氛围给人一种老旧的感觉，似乎是老年旅行团常去的地方。酒店只有三个家庭房，虽然房间很大，但我们要走很远才能到达最后角落的房间，住得也不太安心。

The hotel is great. Well located close to main attractions. Big room and comfortable beds. Everything clean and modern. The breakfast is also very complete.

One of the best Breakfast Buffets we had during our trip through China. Pleasant stay, walking distance to the north bund. Very good standard.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. The staff are helpful and sweet. They do not speak any English, so we just used an app to communicate, which didn't always render successful interactions, but it was good enough. We went there with our 1.5 month old baby. The room was clean and beautiful. We booked the bathtub suite. The tub did have a small crack in it, that's the only fault of this place. The breakfast is ONLY CHINESE, it was not appealing to us (being westerners, I suggest you try bakeries or restaurants close by). For a budget option with a bathtub this was the best deal online. We would stay again (please fix the cracked bathtub) 😉

Got a free upgrade to deluxe suite. Happy with the daily room cleaning services which constantly providing bottles of drinking water and beverages and toiletries. Fair variety of breakfast options. Location is about 10 mins walk to metro, bus station is just in front of the hotel. There are a few eateries just down the street.

Hotel located in convenient location. Bus stop located 1 min on foot, there’s 2 subway stations nearby (Line 10, 8 mins walk, Line 12, 15 mins walk) The north bund, waitan, nanjing pedestrian street very walkable (30 mins), we pretty much walked everywhere during our stay to explore the area. Front line staffs possess friendly & warm attitude, clean & room big enough to accommodate 2 huge suite cases & 1 cabin with ample space to walk around. Overall recommended!
