May 2025 - Spring time!
Second time in the SIERRA hotel. Even more pleasant than my first time since the weather was warmer and nature was in full spring.
The area was a bit noisier than the first with construction of buildings being happening almost all around...
I have noticed some improvement in the quality in the service, especially at the restaurant, good! Keep it up!
Nota for review readers: the good score concerning the location was according to MY situation, it may not be the same for other clients who desire to be at another area in Chongming.

Great hotel. When I arrived at 8pm, the front desk called out the name of the booker, saving me the trouble of looking for the reservation. They upgraded the room by two levels, including a family room and a view room. The rooms can be connected to form a large suite. I was so touched! The breakfast was delicious and satisfied the tastes of the three generations of the family!

I went to Chongming with my friends and saw Rushan. I thought the building facade was very modern and the surrounding environment was relatively quiet. It was also close to Dongtan Wetland, so I chose it. The front desk lady was also very professional and helped us check in smoothly. She also helped to adjust the notes for the room. The breakfast basically covers most breakfast categories, but the taste is more inclined to the taste of the Yangtze River Delta region. Friends from the north may be a little uncomfortable. Chongming Rushan Hotel, which opened last year, has a quiet location and a beautiful environment. There is also a cafe on the first floor, and a 24-hour self-service convenience store one minute away, which is very convenient. The parent-child room I booked was also very clean. I was lucky enough to catch the May Day buffet dinner. The crayfish was very tasty and I had a full meal! The front desk lady and Steven were very enthusiastic and their service attitude was great!

I booked a room a month in advance for the Yangtze River Half Marathon and was lucky enough to be upgraded to a river view suite. The room was spacious, simple and tidy. The hotel provided all three meals, especially on the day of the race, which was very thoughtful.
