Very pleasant one night stay. They offered airport pick up/drop off approximately every 2 hours (my flight arrived at 3 pm so I had to wait for the 5 pm shuttle even though I was at the pick up point at 4 pm). Pick up point was very convenient, right at the exiting escalator. Disney shuttle was very often, every 30 minutes in morning and evening, several times every day, very good. I was able to take it to the free Disney Town to watch the fireworks in the evening after checking in. Rooms were equipped with central heater and floor heating and beds were so comfy. Breakfast buffet was a bit subpar and cold but I appreciate the long hours available, starting at 6:30. Nice staff. Overall I recommend!

Booked this because it was so close to Disneyland. Convenient shuttle to and from Disneyland. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was simple but had all necessary amenities However, as a westerner, I found the bed to be EXTRA hard and painful to sleep on. I understand the Chinese love a hard mattress, but after a long day at Disneyland, it was difficult to rest.

Great place for our family of 3. Great and wholesome breakfast. Close to Disney, great shuttle service to/from airport, as well as Disney.

I wanted a quiet place to deal with jet lag, and I also wanted a place close to Shanghai Disney Land. I came across this hotel randomly. After reading the good reviews, I booked it right away. It was a great decision. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was given a free upgrade to a quiet room. There's a small restaurant on the property. The free shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes to Disneyland. I also had a chance to visit a small street with a 200 year's history. It's quite interesting to see what a Chinese village looks like. I had an amazing experience there. Comparing to the luxurious hotel I stayed at on Nanjing road later on, I prefer this one because it gives a more authentic Chinese experience.
