Clean and nice

Hotel is very nice and clean. One thing they need to do is room 8328 their was bes smell they need to keep some room freshnner. But staff was nice and helpful they help me change. Location is good.

This hotel was my favorite location in Wuxi to visit friends and explore the Plaza nearby. Every time I go to Wuxi, we’ll stay here! Inside is beautiful, design is modern, beds are comfortable and the service is A+.

The room was clean and tidy, with good facilities. There was a laundry room on the second floor with a dryer and ironing machine. The hotel has laundry service. The laundry room is very clean and there is no false advertising. If you don’t have time to pick up your clothes, you can mark it with a small sign in the laundry room and the hotel will deliver it to your room, which is very convenient.

The room is very clean, the roads around the hotel are smooth, parking is convenient in the courtyard, there is a vegetable market on the left hand side when you go out, a supermarket not far away on the right hand side, and Holiday Plaza is opposite. There are many snack restaurants downstairs, which makes travel convenient and the breakfast is good.

I came to Wuxi to see cherry blossoms. I chose this hotel because of the convenient transportation. The overall feeling is very good. The guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic. The room is large, clean and well-equipped. I asked the front desk guy because I didn’t bring a charger. Brother, I asked the little robot to bring one up. All in all, the experience was very good. I will come again next time~

The room is bright, and I especially like the latex pillow. The softness and firmness are just the same as at home. I, who love traveling and have insomnia, finally had a good sleep... Good service, warm and thoughtful...

A very bad experience! There are 2 rooms, one of which is opposite the laundry room. I washed the sheets all night and the sound was so loud that I couldn't sleep! When I told the hotel front desk, the front desk said that a customer was doing laundry. Which customer would wash clothes in one night? ! The blower is also broken and cannot be used. Because there are few people at breakfast, there are very few options.

I am very satisfied with the hotel I chose for the Wuxi Marathon.

從入住到離店，每個環節都很細節，房間非常寬敞、乾淨、床品舒適，讓人感覺像在家裡一般自在。（洗衣房設施配置很齊全） 酒店的工作人員非常熱情友好，小姐姐也非常美膩的，無論什麼問題，都能及時、耐心地解答，他們專業的服務，讓我的入住體驗更加的完美。

環境：很差 衞生：很差 服務：很差 設施：非常差！ （1）商務大床房攜程展示的樓層在3樓，實際給到的入住房間在2樓，且房間實際圖片與宣傳圖明顯不符（如圖1-4） （2）商務大床房攜程展示的床寬是1.8米，實際入住的床很小，手機測量軟件顯示150cm （3）與酒店前台先生再三確認入住的房型訊息，酒店前台告知床寬150但攜程平台衹能填寫160，所以展示的1.6米，反饋攜程客服告知是可以填寫實際尺寸的。反正你們雙方誰説的是事實，作為消費者的我也不知道，就踢皮球吧 （4）淋浴器的熱水太難調節温控，已經調到冷水了還滾燙的，孩子根本無法接受這樣的水温（如圖5-6） （5）淋浴房的地漏有問題，防水效果又很差，水太燙了，洗個澡就五分鐘，房裡水漫金山，靠毛巾吸地（如圖7-8） （6）吹風機插上就無法使用（如附件視頻） （7）空調半夜三點突然不制熱了，開強力都不制熱，無語了 （8）半夜四點半，房間門外異響，突然驚醒，還以為是有人要刷卡進房間，異響聲一段時間後去門口貓眼查看，才發現房間正對着酒店儲藏室，酒店人員大半夜在搬運被子，哦不，應該説是扔被子，很吵很吵，就一條一條扔過去（如圖9-11） （9）上午退房出酒店，車牌號報了三次了還出不去，還顯示需要交費 真的是差到極致，大家記得避雷。 反饋攜程客服，客服告知聯繫過酒店，酒店覺得自己沒有問題，這樣的酒店真的是無回頭客也無口碑，不會再來第二次。

호텔 찾아보다 급하게 예약한 호텔이었는데, 위치가 좋고 호텔도 깔끔했다. 침구도 화장실도 깨끗했다. 아이들것도 이야기하니 챙겨주셔서 편히 숙박했다. 다음에 다시 이 근처에 간다면 이 호텔에 숙박하고 싶다.

出差來住，離無錫新區站很近，酒店環境很好，有洗衣服務，早餐很棒，周邊配套齊全，很滿意的一次入住。（配幾張無錫的花花美景）
