For me, its really worth the money! The location is good. Near to all needed spot. With breakfast. Breakfast not so fancy but the choice tasty enough for me as a local traveller. The cleanliness also satisfied. The room not so small. Just good for 2 people with king bed. Love love love. Will repeat again.

All services ok including meal for breakfast but for room 102 need to repair the aircond because it too hot.

Didn't expect much for the price , but the room is not bad , everything provided

We had booked a few nights at the hotel, and we experienced rain coming into the room from the ceiling. We woke up by this at 4 am. The hotel room looked outdated. Furthermore, there was mold in the bathroom at the shower, and the bedsheets were not clean as we found hair or certain spots on them. This was a horrible experience. Luckily, the manager did try to help in finding another place. She understood the problems. However, these types of rooms with known issues should not be offered to any guests.

Location near to jetty and middle of the town. Clean room, no noises at night, close to one jetty and not far from city center. Friendly staff.

best ever hotel & affordable

Good value for the price, nice friendly staff, they can arrange tours and give you directions to your places of Interest, not right in the center of town but still at a walkable distance plus there’s restaurants and markets right next to it. Ample reception room allows you to bring your own food or even make breakfast .

Bed is ok...

I think the outdoor area is noisy, but the front desk service is much better than other hotels of the same price, and there is breakfast. Overall, it is quite satisfactory.

The room area is not large, but there is a balcony, which is considered large in ordinary hotels in Semporna. It is very convenient to live in, and the room facilities are also quite new. The hotel is located in a quiet place in the city. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the tourist pier. There is a large supermarket opposite the building downstairs, and the location is also ideal. The front desk staff basically does not speak Chinese, but generally speaking, as long as they know simple English, they can basically communicate. If you walk again, you can use translation software. The hotel provides free breakfast, which is simple. White porridge, bread slices, fried noodles, sausages or fried food are basically enough. There are also tea, coffee, small biscuits and the like that can be taken at will, which is a good comment.
