We had booked a few nights at the hotel, and we experienced rain coming into the room from the ceiling. We woke up by this at 4 am. The hotel room looked outdated. Furthermore, there was mold in the bathroom at the shower, and the bedsheets were not clean as we found hair or certain spots on them. This was a horrible experience. Luckily, the manager did try to help in finding another place. She understood the problems. However, these types of rooms with known issues should not be offered to any guests.

Location near to jetty and middle of the town. Clean room, no noises at night, close to one jetty and not far from city center. Friendly staff.

best ever hotel & affordable

Good value for the price, nice friendly staff, they can arrange tours and give you directions to your places of Interest, not right in the center of town but still at a walkable distance plus there’s restaurants and markets right next to it. Ample reception room allows you to bring your own food or even make breakfast .

Bed is ok...

The room was great, very clean and sanitary, with complete items. The bed was very soft, which satisfied me. I slept very comfortably, and felt at home, unlike other hotels where the beds were very hard. Thumbs up. The boss provided great service and helped to book a driver for airport pickup. He was responsive. The clerks at the front desk were very polite, enthusiastic and kind. Thumbs up. Next time I come to Semporna, I will book your place again!

The location of the hotel is OK, it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the various piers. I chose this place because it is convenient. However, I have to say that although I booked a balcony deluxe room, the toilet smelled too bad, so I won't come back next time! The waiter was very enthusiastic and basically responded to every request. The breakfast was very average, with three to four varieties. On the first day, there was only one ham fried rice for breakfast😭It is convenient to live here. There is a seafood restaurant opposite and I ate there for three consecutive days😅

The toilet was broken and leaked all the time. The air freshener was too strong. But the room still had a smell. Overall, it was OK for the price

The hotel is located some distance from the town, about 15-20 minutes away. The room I stayed in was not cold, but everything else was good, including the room cleaning and good service attitude.

Check-in requires a 50RM deposit. When booking the hotel, the tourism tax was included. When checking in, I was not asked for the tourism tax. Check-out requires room inspection. I stayed for four days. One day, the power suddenly went out twice, but it was restored in a few minutes. The hot water is an electric instant water heater. There is air conditioning and ceiling fan, which is very cool. The hygiene is good. Before coming to Semporna, I looked at many hotels, and they all said that the hygiene was not good, the bedding was dirty, etc. The sheets did have some stains, but I brought a disposable four-piece set. The room is quite clean. There is no odor in the toilet. The balcony is equipped with a clothes drying rack, which is good. I haven't taken the initiative to clean the room once in four days. It seems that this is the case here. It doesn't matter. At least it's better than entering the room to steal things. It's quiet enough to sleep at night. It's close to the pier for going out to the sea. It takes 10 minutes to walk. There is a big supermarket opposite, and there are several local restaurants downstairs. The breakfast is not very good, white porridge, toast, and ham. The taste is not good either
