I recently stayed at this hotel and my overall experience was average. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable, providing a quiet atmosphere that’s ideal for relaxation. The location is acceptable and relatively peaceful, though it is somewhat far from the nearest metro station, which might be inconvenient for those relying on public transportation. On the other hand, the service at the front desk was below expectations. I noticed a delay in the check-in process and a lack of professionalism in guest interaction. I believe the hotel should work on improving customer service by offering better training to the staff and speeding up the reception procedures to ensure a more pleasant experience for guests. Overall, the hotel is a good choice for those seeking cleanliness and calm, but there is definitely room for improvement in the service area

This Yitel is very cozy and convenient. Hotel provides free meeting and small function room for guests. Room is very clean, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided. Coffee,tea, bottle water are also provided. Most importantly, the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Xiao Wei and his colleagues really helped us, even use their phone to book taxi and prepaid for us as we cannot handle Alipay very well. Very satisfied with the hotel.
