The hotel lobby and the room was fairly clean, and when asked for cleaning service they changed all the towels and stuff however not the bed sheets which I had to ask for the front desk to do it, but they immediately said yes and it was changed when I returned. Location could be better because it’s rather far away from the closest metro station, for someone coming to Shanghai for the first time I don’t recommend this place unless you plan on calling for didi in front of the hotel, which what we had to do. I liked that the check-in and check-out time is at 1pm. I saw that this hotel offers free airport pickup from Hongqiao T2, which is very nice although I didn’t use that service, still nice to know the option. If it wasn’t for the location I would stay here again the next time I’m there..
