Good location, there's a mall right across the hotel, 5 minutes walking distance. Service was great, the front desk offered me the PVG airport shuttle service, but I didn't need it this time. Breakfast options were also quite good and the gym was also good, I used it while I was there!

The hotel seems newly built or renovated. The room is very good given the price. Perfect location if you are looking to book near Pudong airport or Disneyland, otherwise the location is a bit far from the city center.

Very nice hotel, we would like to come one day back. We had a big room, it was great for us after small rooms in Japan. However I noticed one minus - we had early check out and didn’t have time for a breakfast. They packed breakfast for us, but it was just bread,apple and yogurt. I still don’t understand for what we need three bread 🥖. Otherwise it was nice stay

Its good and very convenient to visit city center and Pudong business center along with free shuttle service to Pudong International AirPort. My experience was very good and all staffs are very supportive and try to help every moment. Breakfast is very good. I will stay again when visit Shanghai.

It seems that there are many family travelers who stay to go to Disneyland. I will try to use a shuttle to and from Disneyland someday.

The hotel staff are truly kind, helpful, friendly and professional. The ambience is spectacular and the rooms are excellent. The breakfast is very good, there’s a variety of options to eat from. I totally enjoyed my stay here and I’ll definitely come back anytime I’m in Shanghai

It was very worth the for 4 night stay. Breakfast was very excellent, tasty and delicious deserts, you can have any food type, drinks you could get. Service were excellent, such as receptions, they are easy to communicate in English compared to how difficult it can be to understand people at China. The location itself is very perfect. There is a nearby mall only 1 crossroad ahead you can get anything you like at there such as Starbucks, Subway, Pizza hut, KFC, Supermarket, Mcdonalds, and the metro is only few walks away which is SUPER convenient for us to transport. Also if you're visiting the Shanghai Disneyland they will transport you there without any charge. When we arrive in Shanghai again, we will definitely come back next time. Thanks to the staff members for excellent service.

The room was very spacious and clean, making our stay super comfortable. The front desk staff provided great service and were very helpful. The hotel also offers shuttle bus services to the airport and Disneyland, which made traveling so much easier. Highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay!

The hotel is 20 minutes drive from Pudong airport. They have shuttle service. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The staff were helpful.
