Front staffs are very supportive, bed and pillows are so comfy, rain shower is great Good location very close to metro Nanjing East ( exit 4) just turn right and turn right then found it ⚠️ Didi can’t drop you infront of the hotel because car can’t pass into Nanjing road, need a little walk from Juijiang road

Hotel needs some cleaning and tidy up. Feels dusty and stains everywhere. Shower is good. Bed is clean and comfortable. Room temperature control stays at 17-18c regardless of the setting.

Great location with good amenities. The front desk allow you to take as much water as you like and there is a laundry room.

Ideal location. Acceptable room size. Cannot leave your luggage opened if you want to walk in the room. A bit dusty. Mediocre amenities. Strong pressure shower. No fancy automatic toilet, only toilet paper. You need to lift your own luggage up a flight of 6 steps stair before get into an elevator to lobby on the 7th floor. Front desk only speaks a little bit of English.

Location right inside shopping street, great place to stay

The location of this hotel is right at the pedestrian street and a short walk to the bund. There’s many shopping and dining options in the area. Staff was super nice and a great help. On our second day our cold water stopped working so it was a bit difficult to shower or brush our teeth because it was burning. The beds are so comfortable and the heater works nicely as well. I would definitely stay again. The image is the Pearl Tower as you exit the hotel and walk towards the bund.

I wouldnt recommened this hotel and you can know why from my below review. The hotel was terrible! The room was not clean and old without maintenance. Unfortunately we have to checked in at midnight 3am because of our flight. When we arrived, and realised the room was full of smoking smell although we booked a non smoking room. The reception attitude was ignorance and replied that room was full, can only change the room next day. Nothing they can do and he only replied in a manner that our hotel is non smoking and he dont know why there is smell. Besides, One of the mineral water provided is even being open by someone, but is still putting there for us. Luckily we did not drink it. The bathroom floor was also slippery because of mold and is just like they never wash the floor properly. Overall, please reconsidered if you want to book for a stay although is very convenient and near to metro station.

Everything is okay but the staff must be improved hotel service.

The room is so dirty, full of dust that accumulated from over the years. Took photo of the dust and showed to the staff, asked them to clean the room for 4 times, yet the cleaner still insisted she cleane then said "ya i cleaned the room by tidying the blanket and throwing the trash". Showed the photo proof of the dust and dirt to the female receptionist who had poor attitude and didnt really care and didnt bother doing damage control either. Strongly advice everyone to not stay at such a dirty place. At first glance looked nice but if you look behind the table and at the walls, you will be horrified by how dirty it is. There were flies in the room too. Couldnt sleep at all with all the dust flying around causing allergic nose block and runny nose. The dirt and dust were in huge clumps and in your face that to not clean them, you know that they are willfully ignoring the dirt.

If you see this message you should find other hotel. I booked 3 nights in this hotel. As soon I arrived the hotel , we took an elevator to go up 7th floor. The elevator very dirty, I have a bad feeling already. Then as soon the elevator door open , I can smell the cigaratte smoke in the lobby, very messy lobby. The front desk seems not really nice to the guest. So I got the room. The aisle is dirty, as soon I got the room, shockingly the room so small and the bathroom very dirty. Moldy, Dust everywhere. Then i still give this hotel a chance by stay a night. When I started to sleep the AC NOT working. I sweat wholenight. I demand to change the room. They said all room it will be like that. They will manually turn off once is 10 minutes if there is no movement in the room. It shut off. I usually never leave a review. However. I do not understand why there is 5 stars review in this hotel. The location is great but not for the hotel quality it is very poor condition. They asked me to find other 2 nights hotel and sure enough I found nearby hotel much nicer than this horror motel i could say. See the photos attached you can see what i was talking about.
