Hotel looks fine, some rooms are smaller than others even they are the same price.

The staff were friendly, and some could speak a bit of English. They were helpful and took good care of us.

This hotel is showing its age. Many tiny worn parts here and there. Generally, it is habitable but surely not the 4 stars that some people rate it at. There are some nice things: - A nice laundry room with LG washers and dryers and provided detergent. A laundry is surely one of the happiest sight a traveler can see at a hotel. - The front desk staff are superb. They bend over backwards to keep the clients happy, especially staff Siu Lam 小林。 The hotel is entirely smoke free but when the guy in the room next to mine started pumping smoke into the hallway and air conditioning system, I called 小林 and he quickly took positive action by approaching that client and courteously told him no smoking was allowed. 小林then moved me to a room far away from the smoky area and I was able to get a good night’s sleep. I applaud 小林for his professional solving of the problem! 👍👍

The location of the hotel is closed to the subway stations Chaoyangmen & Dongsi, as well as the Peking Railway Station, yet the environment is peaceful and quiet. The facilities are well equipped and furnished with self-service washing & drying service, and maintained. The staff are very courteous & friendly, ready to extend help when required.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The weather is pretty cold here and the front desk even reminded me to wear my clothes. They really treated me very nice and tell me how to book for a better hotel deal. Rooms are big and clean, I don’t even need to use my adaptor in here. I would say if I were to visit Beijing again, this hotel will be my first choice

Front desk staff very hard working, polite and helpful. Hotel location is very good, room is quite spaces and clean. Walk a few minutes to reach MRT entrance. There is a super market nearby and the next door is Pizza Hut. Recommend is Hotel to other travelers.

Stayed here early April 2024. Overall experience was great. Easy access to subway lines 2 and 6. Rooms are clean though slightly dated. Hotel staff was very helpful. I had trouble locating delivery parcels and they helped me to arrange for same day delivery of parcels mistakenly sent to a different Ji Hotel branch. Free use of washing machine and dryer (including detergent) was a bonus!

Location is very convenient and nearby ChaoYangMen subway station. Easy access to every travel destination. The customer service is very helpful and friendly to assist us. 酒店位置非常方便 客服也非常友善

Very clean and tidy, the hotel staff are friendly and nice. Overall it’s a very good hotel. Me and my friend we had a very good stay in this hotel.

Happy with the stay. My second 全季after guangzhou. Consistently pleasant and friendly. Especially the front desk and restaurant staff. Very impressive with the enthusiasm to please. Recommend.
