房間陳舊裝修太老

酒店在路後面，車道破爛不堪，沒有人行道。周邊公共交通線路比較方便出行。客房地毯陳舊，顯得臟兮兮，淋浴房下水不暢溢出。水盆籠頭出水佃小，反映後，維護人員立即處理修理。酒店不分旅客的信用，一律收按金，信用卡衹能用一種，沒有選擇權，一定要到店付款現金，全款訂單擔保按金不可替代客房費用的方式可以商洽改變。

異國他鄉，語言不通，通過翻譯器溝通，環境不能知國內酒店比，不過當地人説很不錯，性價比很高，在阿拉木圖都住這家

住宿三晚，房間不含早餐，住宿期間無人打掃衞生，房間內配套設施較差，主要優點是價格還算公道。不支持銀聯卡結算。

The Good - 1. Central location, bang opposite Rixos Almaty 2. Cheap hotel with big and spacious rooms The Bad - 1. Badly managed, staff doesn't speak English The Ugly- 1. Rooms smell of decaying carpet and upholstery 2. Really bad ventilation in bathrooms, it stinks really bad, double whammy of both stinking bathroom as well as bedroom will make your head spin 3. When we reached there, staff denied us boarding, we booked rooms through *********** but staff said that rooms ain't available. It took us almost an hour to convince them to provide with an upgrade which they did reluctantly. Hotel has good space and perfect location, they need renovation and good management to turn things around. Till then, look for better options.
