The hotel is located in a slightly run-down part of the city, but it is still well-maintained and centrally located (depending on what you are looking for). There is a KFC directly below the hotel and a few convenience stores, restaurants and fruiteries nearby. It is a convenient walk from the metro. Our room was a reasonable size, clean and smoke-free.

first of all i am impressed by the interior design of this hotel .the greek style marble pilars are so magnificent the lobby girls so polit with smiles

I never experienced such a filthy hotel in my thirty plus years of traveling around the world. My choice of the word FILTHY is actually a understatement. The hotel lobby is grandiose like a 4-5 star hotel. But, that is delusional, everything else is this hotel is zero star at best. The carpet is so filthy that I could not tell its original color. There is thick dust and garbage under the beds. The windows are soiled, I guess, might not washed for years. Looking outside from the soiled windows, the sky and surrounding buildings are masked The worst part is the front desk service. One young guy, named Wu, treated me with indifference and snobbish attitude, and successfully made me feel like a servant begging to stay in this hotel.

The front desk service was good, and the room was upgraded. First and foremost, the room was clean and tidy, with very good privacy, and the living experience was great! I also stayed at his house when I watched Jacky Cheung last time, and I stayed at Mao Buyi's concert this time. It's very close to Qiantan and Mercedes-Benz. I'll come again next time!

I didn't expect that hotels in Shanghai have such a high cost-effectiveness. I came here on a business trip and was initially worried that I would have to make do with the budget. The room is clean and tidy with large space. The receptionist is hospitable and professional, especially Xiao Shen who always considers the guests and is very considerate and warm. The hotel breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. The cleaning lady Xiao Liu on the floor is professional, careful and conscientious. The hotel is in a good location and convenient transportation. I will come again if I have the chance.

Booked this for my family. The lobby is large and luxurious. The deluxe twin room doesn't look big. The hygiene is OK, but the facilities are a bit old. After staying there, they said it was generally good.

It's very close to the Oriental Sports Center. The environment is good. We also upgraded to a room with a window for free. I'm not kidding. The hotel also provided a conference room for material distribution. Luggage can also be stored. At first, the air conditioner in the room didn't blow hot air. I called and it was fixed quickly. Due to personal reasons, I arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock, but the king-size room I booked was no longer available. The handsome guy at the front desk was very nice and helped me upgrade to a suite. When I went to check out at 9 o'clock this morning, I found that he was still working. It was very hard work, but the service was still in place. I really thank the guy at the front desk.
