The butler service was superb! The overall ambiance was excellent, and ordering food delivery was incredibly convenient, with robots bringing orders right to the door. My interior-facing room was very quiet. I requested a 'deep sleep' pillow and slept wonderfully, making for a truly pleasant experience. The breakfast spread was both beautifully presented and incredibly extensive.

The location is excellent – right in a bustling downtown area yet surprisingly quiet, as the window faces the back. Downstairs, there's a whole row of eateries and over a dozen bubble tea shops. The subway is just a 3-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. My only minor complaint is that the room's ceiling felt a bit low, though I'm not sure if that's because I was on the first floor. Atour hotels are consistently great for sleep; I actually switched to this Atour because the pillows at a 5-star hotel I stayed at just two days ago were so uncomfortable.

My recent trip to Chengdu led me to specifically choose the Wangjiang Atour Hotel, and it truly blew me away! From the moment I walked in, I was met with incredibly thoughtful service. The front desk staff member had such a sweet smile and quickly processed my check-in, even offering warm honey water which instantly washed away my travel fatigue. The location is absolutely superb! The surrounding area is lively with plenty of street food stalls, and it's very close to various attractions and commercial areas, making it super convenient to head back after a day of sightseeing and eating. The bed in the room was also super soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a deep and sound sleep. It was very quiet, and the soundproofing was excellent. Highly recommended!

What truly stood out during my stay at Atour Hotel Chengdu was the exceptional warmth and attentiveness of all their staff. I informed the front desk that I needed to check out at 6 AM the following morning, asking for a packed breakfast and luggage storage, as I was heading to Jiuzhaigou for an overnight trip. I also inquired if they could provide some toothpaste and toothbrushes. To my astonishment, the hotel staff prepared a generous bag filled with neck patches, eye masks, earplugs, toiletries, and slippers. They even thoughtfully added a small bottle of mosquito repellent. I was truly moved by their consideration! Upon check-out, they even presented me with a lovely farewell gift. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Chengdu!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms are quiet and clean. The surrounding area is packed with snack shops, and downstairs there are many bubble tea and drink stores. Shops in Chengdu generally close very late, so if you love late-night snacks, you can truly feast to your heart's content!
