The floor is dirty, there is no toilet paper or hair dryer, the sound insulation is very poor, you can hear the voices of people in the corridor and the next room, the rain and thunder are also very loud, and there are always strange noises when the air conditioner is turned off.

The room was very clean and tidy. I will go there again next time.

The entire corridor from the front desk to the room is filled with the smell of cigarettes, and the environment is worrying. It is said to be 15 square meters, but visually it does not seem to be that area at all. The width from the bed to the foot of the wall is just enough to fit a pair of slippers, and it is too cramped for people to enter or exit. The toilet also had no door, just a curtain. Speaking of soundproofing, I booked a room with a window for a little light. However, the window could not be fully opened, so ventilation was not good. It also could not be closed tightly. There was a main road outside, and I could not sleep at night because of the noise from passing vehicles. The door was not closed tightly. When I turned off the lights at night and looked towards the door, I saw a strip of light between the door and the door frame that was neither wide nor narrow. As for why I opened the window for ventilation, it was because the air conditioner was right at the head of the bed, blowing directly at my head. I had a splitting headache after turning it on for a whole night. I couldn't stand it anymore for the next two nights and wanted to change hotels. Guess what? The request for early departure was rejected. Later, Ctrip communicated with the store, and the result was that the store wanted to charge 10% of the room rate for each of the remaining two nights as liquidated damages (the store meant that you can cancel before 16:00 before check-in, but if you want to check out early after check-in, you will need to pay liquidated damages, even if you check out before 12:00). Ctrip is relatively loyal. Considering that my stay experience at this hotel was extremely bad, they directly put the penalty into my wallet.
