unfriendly staff on their phone rather than help. lazy cleaner who leaves stains everywhere even on multi day stays don’t bother cleaning properly. location is fine and food places all around

Good location in city center, nice room quiet big room and have minimart opposite the hotel, many restaurants. Not far from pearl tower.

Central location is the main and winner advantage of this place. All others features - except of staff - are too old and not attractive. People on reception make everything possible to make you happy here. Rooms are outdated and not very clean: don't move bedside tables - it is incredibly dirty behind them. Nevertheless, all necessary hygienic staff is available on reception on your request (our nature saving policy). Breakfast is not available but there are a lot of options around. There are some nice abstract pictures in the interiors.

Good location.

There were two receptionists—a young man and a young woman—both of whom appeared unhelpful, unprofessional, and unfriendly. Most concerningly, their behavior were slightly discriminatory toward tourist. They also seemed unfamiliar with standard procedures, to the point where we found ourselves having to assist them in completing their own tasks. What’s even more concerning is that the housekeeping staff failed to clean our room during the day, which is highly unacceptable.

It is a 5m walk to the metro and rooms are cleaned every day. There is also a place to get parcels downstairs.

overall its just ok, but the rooms are old. the good thing about this hotel is big bed sizes and bigger rooms than other hotels. close to city center and metro station.

Smoke smell in lobby and even the room. If you are a non smoker strongly recommended find another hotel. Other than that it's good enough and close to metro station just about 300-500m away to the nearest station.

Hotel location is about 200 meters walk from station exit 5 or exit 6 with elevator. There is restaurants and convenance store in front of the hotel. Hotel staffs are all friendly and heleful.

There was little light, although the room had a window. I was unlucky, because there was a construction site nearby, and there was a bit of a problem with the location on the map. When you open the map, you need to go further than what is indicated there.

Perfect location, clean and big rooms, lobby is also beautiful. Around many cafes, restaurants, family mart, metro station is close.

all good. room for improvement: move towards sustainability. if there's no request from the guest to change the towel, bed sheet and floor mat, no need to do so everyday. you can put a note in the room asking them to put on the floor if they want to change it. otherwise, you wont change it for sustainability reason.

Location was great, near to where we needed to be and with many good restaurants in the area, room was clean and tidy, would stay here again

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in total. The hotel has an excellent location. It’s very near to the metro station and from there you are well connected to the entire city and even to the airport and railway stations. Lots of food options near by and very close the people square.  The only and the biggest problem we had with this hotel was the smoking. There are everywhere signs that the hotel supports non smoking. But literally every single night our room would be full of cigarette smoke coming from our neighbours. The lift and the floor was stinking every single day. I couldn’t find out where exactly the smoke was coming in our room but most probably through ventilation system because our neighbours were smoking inside the room.  It was not easy sleeping in that room and also the food delivery men, i personally think they should not be allowed to enter the rooms. They should deliver food at the reception and that’s all. They smoke right outside the entrance door and every time they enter the lift they leave the smell behind. But if the smoke smell doesn’t bother you then you can book this hotel. The Staff downstairs are very nice and willing to help with anything you need.
