This stay was absolutely fantastic, and first and foremost, I have to mention the hotel's lemon tea – it was my go-to refreshment! The refreshing lemon aroma was incredibly rich, and the sweet and sour balance was perfectly adjusted. A sip was so refreshing and palate-cleansing, making it perfect for both an afternoon pick-me-up and a relaxing evening drink. Then there's the laundry service, which was incredibly thoughtful! Since I didn't bring many clothes for my trip, I was initially worried about keeping them clean, but to my pleasant surprise, the hotel's laundry service was both quick and efficient. The freshly laundered clothes were not only spotlessly clean and carried a subtle fresh scent, but they were also returned neatly folded, requiring absolutely no effort on my part. This instantly solved a major travel headache, making my stay completely stress-free. Overall, these two small details truly highlight the hotel's dedication and thoughtfulness. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

I had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent just a short walk to The Bund and very close to public transport. There are lots of food options nearby, including local restaurants, street food, and small cafes, which made meals really convenient.
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable with all the basic things you need. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout the stay. Overall, it’s a good, affordable place to stay in Shanghai, especially if you want to explore the city and have easy access to good food.

I was originally in a room that stunk of smoke. It was hard to breathe originally, so I went down to ask for another room. They kindly provided me with an upgrade so I now had a window. It was a much better experience. A good stay.
