Great hotel well positioned for the Bund and that part of town. Really worked and Pi Pi on reception was a star who went out of her way to make things easy.

We stayed for 4 nights. Friendly and courteous staff . Room was a little small but cleaned everyday. Hot showers & air-conditioned worked well. The shared pantry at the reception area was well stocked with tea, Coffee, water dispenser, ice etc and we helped ourselves to them. Overall a pleasant stay at an affordable price at a great location

First of all, the location is really good because there are only few minutes walk to the bund. Other than that, I have to say, that if you like creepy settings, this hotel is for you. Especially when they assign you a room on eight floor. When you get out of the elevator it looks like a construction site and run down and creepy. They assigned us a room with view as booked first, but then tried us change into a room on mentioned eight floor and when I refused another one that looked like a prison without view. We ended up in the booked room, but even this room was dirty and run down. The windows are far from sound proof and the smell in the room was not pleasant at all. For one night ok, if you only sleep there but you really pay only for the location. Breakfast was ok, be aware, they place it in front of the door, there is no dining area. What was great was the free coffee and tea and water in the lobby.

Great location for the price! Just 200m from Nanjing East Road Station, within walking distance to The Bund. There’s a convenience store nearby and plenty of dining options in the area. The hotel is located right opposite the Carlowitz & Co. building, one of the popular photo spots along The Bund. The lobby is on the 10th floor, and our room was on the same floor. The room is on the smaller side, but the bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure was great. Complimentary coffee, tea, and a water dispenser are available in the lobby. Free breakfast is delivered to your room in a bag, with items like bread, an egg, and milk.

Good location, Near to East Nanjing Road Station and can walk to The Bund and Nanjing Road, Very nice and support Tive staffs. The Room is clean enough to stay and sleep with the budget price. Has Many restaurants surrounding this hotel.

Very very very bad hygiene!!!!!! One of the worst hostels we hace ever stayed at. Please avoid it. Room and bathroom not clean at all (see pictures). Luckily we only had to spend 1 night.

Stayed here with my mom on our last day in Shanghai as there is a direct No 2 metro line to Pudong airport. walking distance to the bund. Location wise is perfect however room is small but good enough. shoutout to xiao zhu for helping us with our luggages and allowing to check out at 12:20pm

Location is good. 5 mins walk from metro.Guy at counter is friendly and helpful. Breakfast missing on 1st day but got it on second day. Simple packet milk with bread. Room is small but adequate.bed is comfy. Bathroom is very narrow and toiletries are placed on floor due to lack of shelving.

The place is so great and the room is okay for us that a group of 3. The receptionist is so helpful. They have elevator, breakfast are provided

Great location, close to the Bund and multiple metro lines. One line direct from high speed rail station. Room was big enough for us to have space, but cleanliness is average. Sewer smell from bathroom. Air conditioning did not work, so slept with the window open all night. Interesting assortment of food for breakfast (see picture).

We had a great family stay at this hotel, located in the city center and just a short walk to The Bund. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us order food for delivery.
