We had some issues with the room and the staff promptly helped to change to another room for us. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very delicious and had a good variety of fresh local produce.

We are traveling by car and need to drive up the mountain. The hot spring is very comfortable, the breakfast is very good, the buffet is very rich, and the room is clean

The room is great with an outdoor hot spring. There is a shop on the first floor with lots of things to buy. There are two baths where you can bathe and soak! It is recommended to arrange more time to enjoy the facilities in the hotel.

Finally arrived at the hotel after a heavy snowstorm. The staff was polite and friendly. The room was clean. It was really nice to soak in the hot springs in the snow. The buffet dinner also included a plate of chicken and fish sashimi for each person.

Especially recommended for dinner, you really won’t be disappointed! The hotel is located a short distance from the city, so it is convenient to drive or take a ride. If you want to enjoy the beautiful scenery while taking a bath, this hotel will definitely be your first choice!

The facilities are OK, a bit old, the gate is small and not easy to find. But the interior is good, suitable for watching snow and bathing. The buffet is delicious, cold noodles and steak are good.

The front desk staff were very friendly and left a good impression. When I got to my room, it felt like a traditional inn even though it was a hotel, which was great (although I did feel like the smell of the tatami mats was a bit too strong). After relaxing in the room for a while, I found a stink bug. Well, I'm not physically averse to bugs, and there was a warning sign in the room, so I guess I just had to let it go! The great thing about this hotel is the dinner and breakfast buffet. There's a live kitchen that you can enjoy with your eyes, and the variety of food is amazing. They had a little bit of everything, but I gave up because I was full.... Other than that, the hot springs, karaoke, and convenience store were all great, so I recommend it!

I recently visited this hot spring hotel and the overall experience was mixed. After I booked the room, the hotel informed me that the large bath was under renovation, so the bathing time was affected. However, after arriving at the site, they directly compensated each person with 1,000 yen shopping credits. The service was very immediate.

There were few staff, and I saw many people getting lost inside the building. The food was also quite disappointing. The meat at the live kitchen was full of fat and tendons. The sushi was worse than conveyor belt sushi, almost dried out. The food in general was not fresh and I had trouble eating it. The drinks were expensive for the amount, and I was surprised at the long all-you-can-drink time of only 60 minutes. I was looking forward to the hot springs and food, but the hot springs were only open until midnight, and the sauna was only open until 7pm, which was a bit of an awkward time setting. Overall, there were many things I would like to see improved.
