The stay was great, good location and the staff was nice. Recommend if you’re staying in Shanghai! We booked a connected room (family of four), spacious and clean. 👍🏻

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our short stay here . It was a last minute decision but definitely worth it . He also used the gym facilities which was lovely .

Staff very professional and helpful Grace song, daisy and aurora both are very helpful help to upgrade and became a member of their hotels chain best location I recommend to stay here again

Overall staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and the housekeeping service was very prompt. Everyday they will check on the feedback of their housekeeping. They even provide delivery to room for all food delivery.

This hotel is located on very nice location, as very nearby from Nanjing Road, just walking distance. The best part was just downstairs have many optional fast food like mc-donalds, KFC, Subway, Luckin Coffee. etc. staff is good n nice. only one thing i don't like is when they makeup my room they put my tooth brush on washbasin, which i keep in glass, so they wash the glass n took out my toothbrush n keep on washbasin. accept this all other things r good n best. Yes i will also want to make an request to hotel people to allow children breakfast up to 14year old. as they provide 2 breakfast per room and need to buy breakfast for children.

Amazing place well worth paying extra for the view of the Bund on to 30th floor

Always love Marriott on their outstanding services. We meet Grace during check-in and she upgraded our room. Good location with eateries and malls around.

We are given a warm welcome and free upgrade to a higher floor for a better view. Appreciate that. Encountered a small incident when we check in. Something fell from the ceiling and nearly hit my friend. Feedback to reception n investigation was quickly carried out. Impressed at their quick turnaround. Findings it was dried paint from the ceiling. Have me wondering. Quite a big patch and corners are sharp. I took a pic of one of them. We were given upgrade to higher floor with desserts n sweets. However the access to the executive lounge that came with the room was not granted. Hotel will have give us the full access if they are sincere in their apology. That will be an extra step and beyond from Marriott to set them apart. Anyway, their housekeeping is mediocre. Dusty at some places and they did not clear the used cutlery. Expect the guests to wash ? Other than this , the rest of the stay is still enjoyable. Location is near Nanjing road n malls n dining. McDonald CHAGEE n subway downstairs. Need to take didi to the bund. Short drive.

Convenient location to Nanjing walking street shopping area. Friendly front desk easy check in and out. Room was clean. Good breakfast.

Seamless trip, attentive front desk with free upgrade provided by joining member. They had a 24/7 wechat messaging available and Sarah was very prompt in attending to our questions. We were able to receive taobao goods as the hotel front desk helped to receive and consolidate, we just had to go there to pick it up. They can also help to deliver it to your room.

Very well located and very nice staff and service

had an amazing time at the hotel with an accessible location with affordable food around. there was mcdonald’s right below the hotel and nanjing road was just 10minutes walk away. i met an amazing receptionist, koi, who helped with early check in and she also gave us a cake as she saw that one of our birthdays was the week before. overall super good experience and will definitely be back! ~ 在酒店度过了美好时光，酒店位置便利，周边食物价格实惠。 酒店正下方有一家麦当劳，南京路步行只需10分钟。我遇到了一位很棒的接待员koi，她帮忙办理了提前入住手续，并且还送给我们一个蛋糕，因为她看到我们的一个生日是在前一周。 整体体验非常好，一定会再来的！~
