Location was excellent. Nice environment. Just beside roll of shops & restaurants. Especially thanks to hotel front office Mr. 小李 and Ms. Lily for helping us with the delivery couriers.

Excellent location, for my business. The 2nd floor chinese restaurant is very delicious, however a bit over-priced for this area. Overall the stay was enjoyable.

The hotel rates high on every single factor: room, cleaniness, breakfast, etc. It is a pity the subway is not very well connected. The hotel has a gym and a swimming pool (which I haven't tried). There is a lounge as well in which consume light dinners and beverages.

The executive room was big. Nice cosy king size bed. Also enjoyed the free meals and drinks during evening time at level 22.

When I checkin hotel on 12Jun, 2025, I must deposit CNY1,000.00 for any extra fee during time I stay in hotel. I did not use any extra service in hotel during time we stay in hotel. When I checkout on 15Jun,2025, the receptionist tell me that hotel will return to my credit account. But till now, 29Jul, I have not received return CNY1,000.00 yet.

The room was too hot. We asked for the air conditioning to be on the cool setting. After it was changed to the cool setting, it was still too hot and I didn’t get any sleep.

Hotel is in good value , reception staff supper rude to chinese passport holder . However My assistants are foreigners , they all been treated very well . My room bill should be 1900 RMB but when I check in they charge 2200 and said they need 3000 RMB for deposit of my room . My assistant is foreigner , reception only asked them to pay 500 RMB . Why ? You are racist to your own people ? Why you have to treat chinese much worse than foreigners? Breakfast is good Hotel has pillow menu but when I ordered feather pillow menu and feather duvet , they sent me old heavy blankets and stiff pillow . They told me they don’t have feather duvet and pillow . So why you have the menu there ??? 前台小姐每个都态度恶劣， 我助理是外国人， 他们只对外国人友好， 总体服务质量差。 早餐不错
