Everything was fine, perfect location, but it was smoked room and weak internet

Overall this is a great place to stay if you want to explore downtown Shanghai. It's a good location, good price and modern, clean rooms. The only 2 problems was that the bedside lamp didn't work. And the lighting in the room is not the best which made it difficult for us to do our make up.

The only good thing about this hotel is Location was near to many attractions , others was bad , dust was everywhere,no near markets ,  small bathroom, old building, overall was good because we spent our time out of hotel .

The hotel is located within an old commercial building with no proper lobby on ground floor. You would not know that the hotel exist unless the building security direct you to second floor. Room 8205 has a very strong sewage smell throughout and it was unbearable to stay for even a min. I told the problem to the counter and they said there is no other available room of the same type and the only option was to pay the difference for a bigger room which is the only available type. No compassion given based on customer perspective and it wasn’t the guest problem to begin with. If you don’t mind having rest and sleep interrupted by noises outside , go for it. Otherwise rooms have extremely poor sound insulation. People are going in and out of room very frequently even at late night time. I wonder? Location was alright with just a min walk to the Huangpu river and a ferry terminal to commute to the bund opp. It’s quite a walk to the nearest metro station (15-20mins walk) and the pavement are not luggage friendly along the route. Uneven surfaces throughout and got to tug luggage on overhead bridges. If you are mostly travelling by didi/taxi then it’s alright. There is a nice French bakery cafe nearby for a good morning breakfast before you begin your day. Overall, I would definitely NOT stay here again and would rather pay more for a more quality hotel for a well deserved rest, even though this hotel is not cheap to begin with.

It's very close to the Bund Chenghuang Temple, and there are many shopping malls nearby. It's very convenient to travel. The hotel environment is very nice for taking pictures. The room facilities are complete and can basically meet the needs. The service attitude of the front desk lady is warm and thoughtful. You can store your luggage for free and recommend us many check-in attractions in the surrounding area. The sanitation is also clean. This location is really cost-effective

The hotel charges are reasonable, the location and service are great!!! I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Shanghai on a business trip!!! I will also recommend it to my friends so that we can have fun together in Shanghai!!

The room was very clean and the front desk service was also very good. The best thing is that you can walk along the Huangpu River Greenway. It's great for a walk. The Lujiazui Three-piece Suite and the Oriental Pearl Tower are right next to it, which is really nice!

I read the reviews of the hotel before booking it. I saw some reviews saying that the hygiene was not good and the price was a bit high. I hesitated for a long time, but this hotel was closest to where I was on a business trip, so I just bit the bullet and booked it for one night. I was still worried before going. But when I really arrived at the hotel, I found that some of the reviews were really fake. Apart from other things, the hygiene of the hotel was very good, and the front desk staff was also very polite. I also like the decoration atmosphere. It feels very nice and worth the money. I still agree with this. I recommend everyone to try it. There are also many things to play and eat around.

It was my first time in Shanghai and I went straight to the hotel after landing at the airport. The hotel's decoration design was the same as in the pictures, and the service was also very good. I drank the free coffee machine and lemonade. The Bund was nearby, and I also took a ferry. The room was clean and tidy, without any peculiar smell. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The room is warm and comfortable, with complete facilities and careful attention to detail. The environment and color are very suitable for sleeping. Lying on the bed, my body and mind are completely relaxed, and I soon fell into a sweet dream. I slept until dawn and woke up refreshed. I haven't felt this way for a long time. The staff here are also very thoughtful, enthusiastic and considerate, making people feel at home. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this accommodation is an excellent choice and is highly recommended to everyone!
