Overall this is a great place to stay if you want to explore downtown Shanghai. It's a good location, good price and modern, clean rooms. The only 2 problems was that the bedside lamp didn't work. And the lighting in the room is not the best which made it difficult for us to do our make up.

The hotel is located within an old commercial building with no proper lobby on ground floor. You would not know that the hotel exist unless the building security direct you to second floor. Room 8205 has a very strong sewage smell throughout and it was unbearable to stay for even a min. I told the problem to the counter and they said there is no other available room of the same type and the only option was to pay the difference for a bigger room which is the only available type. No compassion given based on customer perspective and it wasn’t the guest problem to begin with. If you don’t mind having rest and sleep interrupted by noises outside , go for it. Otherwise rooms have extremely poor sound insulation. People are going in and out of room very frequently even at late night time. I wonder? Location was alright with just a min walk to the Huangpu river and a ferry terminal to commute to the bund opp. It’s quite a walk to the nearest metro station (15-20mins walk) and the pavement are not luggage friendly along the route. Uneven surfaces throughout and got to tug luggage on overhead bridges. If you are mostly travelling by didi/taxi then it’s alright. There is a nice French bakery cafe nearby for a good morning breakfast before you begin your day. Overall, I would definitely NOT stay here again and would rather pay more for a more quality hotel for a well deserved rest, even though this hotel is not cheap to begin with.

This hotel is right next to the Bund in Lujiazui. You can take a ferry at the door to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Bund. The lady at the front desk is very beautiful and the service is particularly good. The hotel also provides free freshly ground coffee. I am very satisfied with the stay experience this time and will continue to stay here in the future!

The house was full of mosquitoes, and there were a lot of mosquitoes on me and my children. I couldn’t sleep well all night.

The room is clean and tidy, the surrounding supporting facilities are complete, the price is affordable, the cost performance is high, it is worth recommending

The room is as good as always. The location is right next to the Huangpu River, so it's very convenient to go to Lujiazui for business. There is also a coffee machine in the lobby, but I didn't have time to try it.

The environment is very good, very close to the ferry, very convenient to the Bund Chenghuang Temple, the front desk service is also very good, very satisfied

Convenient transportation, right by the river, 2 minutes to the Bund ferry port, the ladies are warm and service is good, come back tired and press a cup of coffee in the lobby ☕, comfortable

The hotel is in a good location, with convenient transportation and close to the subway station. The room is clean and odorless, with good sound insulation and quietness. The staff has a good service attitude. The breakfast is rich. I will come again next time.
