Recommended stay for business or leisure though room not so spacious. Walking distance to metro station and Nanjing road tourist belt and The Bund. Reception staff are friendly and helpful, specially ”Xiao Tian 小田”at the reception who went extra miles to help me with didi booking, directions and online purchase delivery to the hotel even when the hotel was running at full occupancy.

Located in a bustling area in Shanghai main metropolitan area, 24hrs restaurants are easily accessible when you're starving at night, MeiTuan delivery are the best, the hotel have a robot that can deliver to your room 24/7, super easy. Room is very clean and they provide a lot of drinking water too. Overall I recommend this hotel to all traveller in Shanghai.

The location is very close to a Merton station that has 3 different lines, very convenient. The street food around there is also very nice. The room we have does not view the scenery. Overall it is a good hotel to stay in as it is very accessible to tourist attractions.

big and comfortable room but the placement of the toilet is a bit odd. Room is soo far from the lift and feels like a maze to reach it. There's laundry room with washing machine and steam iron for public use. Coffee machine and luggage storage is free at the lobby. However, th lobby smells weird. Don't know it's the ventilation or it's the air freshener scent they used. Gagged everytime i get into the lobby. Public transport (metro and bus) is walkable with big luggages. Overall, satisfied with the stay

Location is good, there is quite a lot of restaurant nearby. However the cleanliness of the room can be improve and the reception definitely need a good training.

My stay was 6 nights and I had a really great stay. It’s only my 5th night that some guests smoked and the smoke got into my room. I would recommend this hotel anyway. The location is not close close to the metro but it’s walkable from People’s square metro station. They do the cleaning daily. It’s quiet and no light gets into the room at night. Some staff can communicate in English but if they don’t they use the Translate app and it’s fine for me. There is a laundry station as well but only 2 machines for each wash and dry. There is also an iron. I love it here :)

Very good location, a few minutes walk to Nanjing Road. There's a mini-mart and shops just outside the hotel. Towels are clean and charged every day. They even provide a small size slipper for our kid.

If you can’t stand cigarettes smell, DO NOT STAY HERE. Although it stated that it’s a no smoking hotel, but there are a lot of inconsiderate guests smoking in the room and the air conditioning is centralized, which means that you will be smelling SUPER STRONG cigarettes smell in the room as if someone is smoking right beside you. We’ve called the front desk to complain about the issue. We reconfirmed with them if they are a no smoking hotel and they said yes, BUT they also said that they can’t control their guests if they wants to smoke in the room and they can’t do anything as the air conditioning is centralized. They offered to spray air freshener in our room, but it’s just a temporary solution and it doesn’t take away the fact that you’re still breathing in second hand smoke. The toilet is extremely stuffy and crampy by the way (super unfriendly to tall individuals). AND THE LACK OF POWER SOCKET IS A PAIN. There is only 1 power socket in the entire room that is convenient for guest to use which is by the bedside. The other one we found is within the hidden cabinet for television power, we have to open that hidden cabinet, unplug the TV power just to use it.
