Location is good, there is quite a lot of restaurant nearby. However the cleanliness of the room can be improve and the reception definitely need a good training.

My stay was 6 nights and I had a really great stay. It’s only my 5th night that some guests smoked and the smoke got into my room. I would recommend this hotel anyway. The location is not close close to the metro but it’s walkable from People’s square metro station. They do the cleaning daily. It’s quiet and no light gets into the room at night. Some staff can communicate in English but if they don’t they use the Translate app and it’s fine for me. There is a laundry station as well but only 2 machines for each wash and dry. There is also an iron. I love it here :)

Very good location, a few minutes walk to Nanjing Road. There's a mini-mart and shops just outside the hotel. Towels are clean and charged every day. They even provide a small size slipper for our kid.

Cozy room and nice decoration. Breakfast is good. The hotel is not located next to the train station but it is within walking distance.

Very good stay and the location is very convenient. Right behind nanjing walking street. The room and toilet is clean and satisfactory.

If you can’t stand cigarettes smell, DO NOT STAY HERE. Although it stated that it’s a no smoking hotel, but there are a lot of inconsiderate guests smoking in the room and the air conditioning is centralized, which means that you will be smelling SUPER STRONG cigarettes smell in the room as if someone is smoking right beside you. We’ve called the front desk to complain about the issue. We reconfirmed with them if they are a no smoking hotel and they said yes, BUT they also said that they can’t control their guests if they wants to smoke in the room and they can’t do anything as the air conditioning is centralized. They offered to spray air freshener in our room, but it’s just a temporary solution and it doesn’t take away the fact that you’re still breathing in second hand smoke. The toilet is extremely stuffy and crampy by the way (super unfriendly to tall individuals). AND THE LACK OF POWER SOCKET IS A PAIN. There is only 1 power socket in the entire room that is convenient for guest to use which is by the bedside. The other one we found is within the hidden cabinet for television power, we have to open that hidden cabinet, unplug the TV power just to use it.

Very clean and modern hotel. Location is good and has many restaurants nearby. Staffs are friendly.

Hotel with good location. 10 min walk to Nanjiang street and Ren Ming station. Plenty of food options near the hotel which includes the popular ones like Xiao Yang Sheng Jian and Da Hu Chun. Service staff were friendly and helpful. Room was decent but the ceiling height was too low at approx. 1.9m

Everything was good. Only the wash room has abit of smells when we goes in. Room was spacious enough for the price.

Nice environment, friendly front desk and easy to access as it’s located near the nanjing road.
