The staff are attentive and responsive. The onsen has long opening hours, which is great for night owls. It's a short walk from Kyoto Station—perfect if you’re traveling light. However, if you have large luggage, taking a taxi is recommended. Overall, great value for money.

Very good hotel and nice staff but a little bit far from station. walk about 15 min.

There is a local korean restaurant next to the hotel which serve nice korean food. However we took 30 mins to translate the japanese written menu.

The hotel is located within close proximity (walking distance)of Kyoto St, allowing for easy movement, even with luggage. The artificial onsen on premises is open until 2AM, providing a chance to refresh even at late hours

Enjoyable stay at the hotel. Staffs greeted us warmly every day. There is also a mini self-service bar counter operational from 2 to 9 pm for free coffee and beverages. The amenities in the bathroom include mikimoto branded shampoo and bath gels. The hotel is also within walking distance to Kyoto station, the biggest plus point.

Have the Good onsen and good price

The room is basically the same as the business hotel I stayed in before in Japan, with good sound insulation, which is a plus. The lounge area in the lobby on the first floor is very large, and there are many local travel books to read, which you can also take to the room to read with your room number; there is a hot spring bath and washing machine on the second floor. The hotel is not very close to Kyoto Station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk. It is close to the JR station and a little far from Kyoto Tower. However, it is an acceptable distance to AEON, Isetan, and Porta.

The hotel is a bit far from the station, but it was still quiet at night, which was nice. The front desk staff were friendly, and the welcome drink and breakfast were great. I used a single room, but the bed was big, but the space for carrying a suitcase was ambiguous. And the bathroom in the room was a bit small, but there was a hot spring on the second floor of the hotel, so it was great to be able to relieve fatigue every night. I would like to use it again if I have the chance!

Let's talk about the disadvantages first. First, it's definitely a flaw. It's close to the roadside. It's very noisy at night, with frequent car noises. Second, I was given a corner room for four consecutive nights. If I wasn't tired of carrying the suitcase, I really wanted to change the room. Third, it's a 10-minute walk from Kyoto Station. It's also a 10-minute walk on a very small road. Advantages The hot spring on the second floor is pretty good, but it's crowded at night, and the experience is much worse. If you're looking for cost-effectiveness, you can consider this one.

It's about a 7-8 minute walk from Kyoto Station's Hachijo Exit. I've been back many times. The service and sanitation are great, and it feels like home.
