I have to say this is amazing hotel there is very helpful staff especially 万先生 he helped me a lot and the services is super good. The hotel family room is spacious and clean . They provided mineral water and soda drink for us . The breakfast is delicious and there is washing machine provided which is very convenient for travelers. They also provide car to Disneyland and Pudong Airport . I will come back again if I visit Shanghai .

Amazing hotel, every person in the hotel starting from receptionist until cleaning room and resto waiter very helpful, eventhough my chinese language very limited, they are very patient and help us, specially thank you for Lady Hotel Manager that drive us to the airport, really apreciate, will come back again when we visiting Shanghai

I took my kids to Disney and the overall experience was great. It's a 15-minute drive from Disney and the bus picks up and drops off. The front desk lady and brother had sweet smiles and were very welcoming. I rented a stroller and the lady was very enthusiastic to teach me how to use it. She also recommended supermarkets around. The breakfast was rich and delicious. It was a pleasant stay.
