Very nice staff. XiaoZhang and her colleagues treated us well except, perhaps one of the men, he could have been kinder, he didn’t make us feeling welcome

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities were decent and suitable for families. Overall, a good experience and great value for the price.

It’s so nice hotel, clean and quiet! Specially Mr. July very charming, professional guy, when we asked to extend the check out time, he understood and accepted to extend check out time! We are happy to stay in this hotel, and sure will come next time!

Fantastic hotel at a great location and price! Very fast check-in. Excellent air con in the room! I’ve stayed here many times.

Overall for a short stop was ok, early checkin was so much appreciated!! Breakfast was so tasty! The hotel is going through a renovation process (good for him, uncomfortable for guests), and little overpriced for the facilities it’s providing.

The hotel was modern and attractive, and my room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and polite. The only thing is the walls are not soundproof as I had a noisy neighbor who kept talking and had his TV on loud in the early morning. I had to ask the front desk who wasn't able to reach the person doimg that by phone, but he gave me a free breakfast and offered to let me change my toom right away (I declined). In any case, it wasn't the staff's fault and I appreciate the help.

There is no refrigerator and safe deposit box in the rooms. The hotel must state this in the room features and prior to booking. Also, many Chinese travellers smoke in their rooms and the smoke travels along air conditioning so we can constantly smell the stale cigarette smoke. Intolerable. The hotel must resolve this issue.

We highly recommend to stay away from this fake 4 star hotel!!!! We had to change rooms 3 times.First room was smelly from cigarettes and was near construction.. 2nd had many cockroaches when we returned at midnight…. We had to changed for the 3rd time WiFi doesn’t work definitely not a 4 star not even 3 star hotel. 2.5 at best.

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel! The shower was not clean, the carpet was dirty, my baby and I were sneezing the whole night from dust. The walls are thin you can literally hear everything happening outside of the room. Breakfast was the WORST. The dining area was dirty, cutlery was dirty, when I asked for clean cutlery the lady making eggs literally took the dirty cutlery and poured boiling water over it and handed it to me. I almost threw up! Horrible experience. I’m never going back and would advise anyone to stay away!

Not clean. Not as good as described. Seedy motel. Almost no gym.
