Nice hotel stuff, good view from 7th floor, enough big room, free luggage storage. In front of hotel - very good restaurant, and next to the hotel - little market.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Homeinn Plus Hotel, and my experience was quite enjoyable. The hotel's location is excellent, offering easy access to many key attractions. One of the biggest highlights is its proximity to the Shanghai Metro Dashijie Station (大世界) on Line 14, which is less than a five-minute walk from the hotel. This makes getting around the city effortless. Yuyuan Garden (豫园) is just one stop away, providing a glimpse into Shanghai’s historical charm. In only two stops, you can reach Lujiazui (陆家嘴), home to the iconic Oriental Pearl Tower. If you’re looking to explore Jing’an Temple (静安寺), simply take the metro, and you’ll be there in no time. Additionally, the famous Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and the Bund are also close to the hotel, making it easy to visit Shanghai's most vibrant shopping and scenic spots. Whether you're in the mood for a leisurely stroll along the historic waterfront or want to explore bustling commercial streets, everything is within reach. The room was clean, though the amenities were fairly basic. One thing to keep in mind is that construction was ongoing next to the hotel during our stay. Fortunately, the hotel staff mentioned this upon check-in and kindly offered earplugs upon request, which is especially helpful for light sleepers. The mattress was firm yet comfortable, providing a restful sleep. The air conditioning was superb, keeping the room refreshingly cool. However, the flooring in our room was quite dated and made a squeaky sound when walked on, suggesting that some upkeep is needed. Similarly, the facade of the hotel could use some refreshing as well. Despite these minor aspects, I would highly recommend this hotel, as it is very convenient for exploring Shanghai’s attractions. To top it off, there are some excellent nearby restaurants, including a spot offering delicious shengjian bao (生煎包)—definitely worth trying!

Air-conditional is cold. Bed is small. No refrigerator. Breakfast is average, everyday almost the same food. Free laundry provided, very nice! Hotel near metro station, just walk 5 minutes, easy to go anywhere. Grocery store is just near by the hotel, very convenient! Old Shanghai restaurants is near by the hotel.

The room we booked was clean and nice, but the problem is it is a bit small if you have 2 big luggages. They will clean your room everyday and give free bottled water. Service is good and location is great, near to metro and a lot of restaurants.

Nice hotel with friendly staffs

Overall, my stay had its ups and downs. The staff were consistently nice, which I always appreciate. However, it seemed they were short-staffed, as they weren't able to assist with luggage, which was a bit inconvenient. On the first day, my room had an unpleasant, pipe-like smell coming from the bathroom. Thankfully, after the room was cleaned the next day, the smell significantly improved, and the room felt much cleaner. While the initial room issue was a drawback, the staff's kindness and the improvement in room condition made the rest of the stay more comfortable.

The location of the hotel is good, most of the personel is helpful, but they could work more on cleanness. You can see that it has not been cleaned to a satisfactiry sanitary standards for a long time. Also, the restaurant is open for breakfast until 10am, if I’m sitting at the table and having a breakfast at 09:50, I don’t need a person to come to me, interrupt and remind me that they’re closing.

I always take this hotel. I brought my parents this time to sleep in this area

Location is convenient , but this hotel is not easy for e hailing or taxi to stop for pick up or drop off

Good, clean 3 star hotel in the city. It’s very close to the subway and the staff were helpful checking us in. Very close to the bund.

the hotel is very close to the Bunds. The staff was very nice and helpful. We always use bike to go to the bunds cuz it’s close .

Easy access to Metro Dashiji Exit 5 , just opposite hotel. Hotel located in a Main Street easy to get DIDI. Daily room amenities 2 drinking water bottles. Slippers & towels daily changes. No topped up tea bags, coffee cup wasn’t cleaned. No bed making for our 4 night stays. Even you hang room clean sign 🙂. Nearby hotel is under construction, we knew once check in staff informed us & provide ear plugs. But we didn’t use it and we left before construction start (8am). Overall is you looking for place to stay just to keep luggage/ easy to go around city I would recommend this place.
