the hotel is very close to the Bunds. The staff was very nice and helpful. We always use bike to go to the bunds cuz it’s close .

Great location, right in the center of Shanghai. The room was comfortable, although a bit small for 2 people. Nice choice for food at breakfast.

This hotel is one of the best hotel I book in Shanghai. Room is very clean. Good location, just few minutes walk to subway. Also, the reception staffs are friendly and helpful.

I’ve come to this hotel quite a few times over the past few years and overall, it does the job. Front desk staff are pleasant enough, rooms are clean, and it’s a great location near a subway station. It should be known, however, that apparently some of the rooms are Dragonball Z themed. After three years and maybe ten stays at this hotel, I had not come across this fact until I booked the day before my stay and Trip warned me it was the “last room” as I was booking. Boy, howdy were my partner and I surprised when we opened the door and found the whole room (luckily excluding the bathroom) plastered in giant pictures of DBZ characters. As I am a right side of the bed kind of lady, I had the honor of this giant picture of Freiza to wake up to. It’s not exactly a deal breaker, but it would have been nice to know that in advance. Again, one time out of ten isn’t bad, I just think a little warning from the front desk or Trip when booking would have been nice. If I were a ten year old boy, this would have 100% made my life.

A very good hotel nearby the metro. There is a convenient store close to the hotel. Also, many restaurants around the area i.e. Luckin Coffee, Starbucks, McDonald's, Fanily mart, 7-11. Hotel room is big enough for family of 4 (2 children). Bathroom is large with separated are between shower and toilet. No refrigerator in the room but that's fine to us.

It’s a really good hotel. Not very far from the metro station and also the convenience store. I booked room for 3 people and it’s really big. Nice service the hotel staff is warm with a smile and offers laundry service

Best location, convenient to major Hotspot of Shanghai, like bund, people square, east Nanjing rd walking street, best part to me is it's very close to yunnan food court.

The location is nice with walking distance to nanjing road and xintiandi. The room is spacious and clean.

Very good hotel, clean and spacious room. Staffs are nice and welcoming. Near Dashiji station which is just 1 station away from Yuyuan garden and Nanjing lu. Overall, we are very happy for our choice. Recommended.
