What we want to bring to our guests is the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We have spent 15 years turning every piece of land here into organic fertilizer without using any fertilizer. We even remove weeds by hand. Our uncles and aunts are all native villagers in nearby villages. Our design loves simple things such as "soil and rice fields", which gives this work the vitality of "simple and natural". We hope that you can feel the artistic conception of "nobleness in the old, hidden luxury in the broken", and experience the belonging of the heart and the fun of innocence. Of course, our villagers will also bring their most sincere and simple feelings to every family member who comes to Huayi. Thank you for the teacher's evaluation of our restaurant. Our vegetables are picked, washed and cooked, and the river fish are also from Dianshan Lake, which are killed and cooked. Response from Property: 首先非常感謝您的入住和讚賞。這兒有動物園、果蔬園、垂釣的人工湖，都是可以和家人朋友們一起遊玩互動的好地方；靜謐的書吧更是能讓人忘卻鬧市中的煩惱。這些設計的初衷都是想讓客人們能夠在畫一感受到舒心和放鬆，創造一個不一樣的度假村。我們餐廳理念是專注於使用當地和時令食材，以精緻的烹飪技巧展現食材的真實味道，為您提供最自然、最健康的烹飪體驗。我們的土壤長期以來從未使用農葯，而且我們使用的灌溉水源來自澱山湖，這是一個被評為國家一級水源保護地的地區。所有的蔬菜都是我們自己栽培的，並以“現摘、現洗、現燒”的方式供應菜品，而河鮮則是直接來自澱山湖。我們在烹飪過程中完全不添加任何雞精、味精或其他添加劑，以保持食材本真的味道。

Pesticides have not been used on our soil for a long time, and the irrigation water we use comes from Dianshan Lake, an area rated as a national first-class water source protection area. All vegetables are cultivated by us and are served in a "freshly picked, freshly washed and freshly roasted" manner, while river freshness comes directly from Dianshan Lake.
