little bit old hotel but price is good room size is more bigger 10 minutes walk to Hakata station still good

The location is close to Hakata station.

I have used this service often, but this time, due to snow❄, I was unable to arrive at the hotel and had to cancel. I contacted them to explain the situation, but because I canceled less than three days before, I was forced to abandon my stay and was not given a refund. I didn't want to abandon my stay, but they said that rules are rules. It can't be helped because the weather is unpredictable three days in advance. Other hotels allowed me to cancel, so unfortunately I won't be asking them to stay again.

Booked this hotel for a concert. It's close to the bus station and not too far from Hakata. It takes about 10 minutes to walk. There is a small Family Mart near the hotel. There is nothing to eat nearby. You have to walk to Hakata to eat. Because we went early and left our luggage at the front desk and went to the concert, when we came back, we found that our luggage had been moved to the room for us, which was good. The room door is opened with a key, but you can leave it to the front desk when you go out.

This is my second stay! Good value for money~ The two biggest reasons why I chose this hotel are, firstly, it is right next to the Comme des Garçons store, so you can stop by once during the open run or when entering the hotel, so you can get lucky and get Playline stock, and secondly, it is near the bus terminal. You can use La Daiso shopping, nearby restaurants, airport limousines, etc. very conveniently! The facilities are a bit old, but the location is good value for money, and hotels like this are rare. I haven't seen any Koreans other than myself during my two stays! I highly recommend it to those who have a short stay at the hotel and are interested in utilizing the route. ^^

I booked it because it was close to the station and had the best price. The building is a little old but it was clean and nice, although there were quite a few foreigners staying there so it could be noisy.

All hotels are pretty much the same, but what about the drains in the bathrooms and sinks? ? There's mold in some places...I wonder if the cleaning people don't go that far... Other than that, it's pretty clean. However, the lighting in the room is rather dark, so women may have a little trouble putting on makeup. There's lighting that makes it easy to apply makeup, right? Well, that's a common problem, so I guess it's tolerable. Also, the amenities are minimal. I later found out that you can rent pots lol It's been a while since I've seen a rinse-in shampoo...Is it an advantage? lol Body soap can be used as both face wash and hand soap. It's going to be a lot of fun haha I think it's a good hotel with no problems for men. The front staff was very nice and I felt comfortable using it!

The location is great, about 4 minutes to Hakata Station. The facility was old so it didn't feel comfortable. There was no safety device at the door, so I felt a bit anxious at night. I think it would be a good idea to install at least a latch. There is some noise between floors.

As a second option, this is a good hotel for sleeping alone. There is also a convenience store nearby at a decent distance from the station. Leave the key with your key when you go out. Instead of giving out breakfast tickets all at once, it seems like breakfast tickets are also given out in the afternoon when you pick up your key every day. Breakfast is served if you choose between Japanese home-style food or Western food, but it's normal. You refill your own rice at the corner, you can request a refill of miso soup, and basic drinks, tea, and coffee are also in the corner. If you just need to eat breakfast, it's not a bad choice to just fill your stomach. The room is wide enough to spread out suitcases. The facilities are just an ordinary old cost-effective business hotel, but the only downside is that there is no hand wash, just a wall-mounted body and shampoo. There were no major inconveniences or complaints except that the bathtub drain stopper was a bit faulty and water drained out little by little on its own. During the peak season, places with similar facilities as here are expensive due to profiteering, but I often use this place because the prices are conscientious and consistent.

There was no air conditioning, but it was comfortable and okay :) Breakfast was also delicious.
