Hotel Ambassador Zermatt Reviews

This hotel is amazing, especially the location which is only 3 min walk from the Zermatt Station. It’s also very closed to the main street, supermarket amd restaurants. The room is spacious and we were so lucky to see the sunrise view of Matterhorn due to the good weather. Highly recommended to friends and families who would like to visit Zermatt.

Very good location just 2 minutes from the railway station. A bit noisy during our stay as there was a construction site next to the hotel and the work started early in the morning. Very basic breakfast.

We enjoyed our two nights stay here & it really makes us feel at home. The hotel location is near the train station. Coop supermarket/bus stop are just nearby

This hotel has an excellent location, convenient transportation and complete surrounding facilities. The service staff are warm and attentive, making you feel like you are being cared for. The room has a wide view and picturesque scenery. It is an almost perfect accommodation experience. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and the service was good. There were not many breakfast options and it was close to the train station. The Matterhorn view was unnecessary and you could only see a little bit of it, not worth it.

We were going to the hotel the next day, but the family had vomited and had diarrhea in Geneva the day before. We sent a medical consultation and medicine purchase order, but the hotel still refused to allow free cancellation.

The room balcony has a beautiful view, the breakfast is great, and the location is very good, right next to Grindelwald train station. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage first, which is very convenient.

Because my visa was cancelled, I was unable to travel and check in. I have negotiated with the hotel and Ctrip many times but they still won't allow me to cancel. I will not book it next time. Very bad!

The location of the hotel is super good, it can be reached within 3 minutes' walk from the train station, and the service staff is super nice. The room we stayed in this time was the highest attic room with a great view, including the Matterhorn!

The hotel staff are sincere in their service and are very attentive to arranging the room, and there is someone at the front desk 24 hours a day. There are many types of breakfast food, but please note that the dining location is on the basement floor. The restaurant on the ground floor is purely for dinner. I haven't tried it, but I think it should be pretty good because the atmosphere and atmosphere look pretty good.

The best choice to stay at Zermatt Relay Station for one night, the room is super big and comfortable. The dinner in the restaurant is delicious, the breakfast is also good, and the snow outside is beautiful. Worth staying for 1 night

Booked a stay at the ambassador Zermatt hotel. Very comfortable, near the train station. Ask for a mountain view room. It's really beautiful, but it doesn't have air conditioning. Open the window and sleep cool.

The breakfast is average, there are slippers hahahaha
