Next to the hotel is a shopping complex called Livat, which has a wide variety of restaurants, making it incredibly convenient. I really liked the hotel's French-style decor. The staff were warm and attentive, and the laundry facilities and gym were a great convenience for guests. The breakfast buffet offered a rich and delicious selection. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai! Highly recommended!

The hotel is really big, new, and excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. They even included complimentary adult tickets to Yu Garden. What's truly commendable is its convenient location; the subway entrance is right across the street, just a few minutes' walk away. Nearby, there's a shopping mall called Hui Ju with many restaurants, and the food there is pretty good. I definitely recommend staying here.

Environment: The environment was better than I expected. This is my first time staying at Mercure for a business trip, and it's nice! It's very close to the exhibition center, just a starting fare by taxi, which is super convenient during the Import Expo. The breakfast is also plentiful. I recommend it to anyone coming to Shanghai for business.

The cleaning staff were especially nice; I stayed for 6 days and tidied up after myself before leaving. When I fell ill during my stay, the room service was also very prompt. I even left a gift for the hotel staff. Cleanliness: Everything was spotless, no water stains. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.
