Convenient and near Hongqiao airport and station , great for a quick stay . Breakfast is ok and check in process is swift . I have a great stay

Positive: Overall is fine. The room was clean. The hotel provided transfer to the airport. Negative: No one speaks English at the reception. The breakfast was not good. I mentioned in the comments that I needed a non-smoking room, but I was given a room with a terrible smell of smoke. After that, I asked them to change the number, and they did.

was acceptable stay. first night no AC working and room smells a little mouldy. but, front desk changed my room and other room not smell mouldy and had working AC. front desk people are helpful. thank you.

The room has no view even if it has two small windows. During the booking I paid for my breakfast but they refused to give me. I left them because I have an emergency appointment.

No shopping area around.. I booked a room for 3 adults, they gave us 2 small adjoining rooms. Both rooms' toilet & shower glass doors cannot be locked & are all translucent. Not suitable for a group of friends to stay in such rooms. The hotel offers free mini bus to both airports & Hongqiao train station.

Very good airport hotel with a free shuttle service. Only about 10 minutes to the airport. Clean and spacious room. Not too noisy. Great pick if you have an early morning flight. Perfect for 1 night.

A good overnight stay for an extended layover. The room is clean and functional. Close enough to the airport - some transfer services are available but only with 12hr in advance booking - something to note if you are planning on staying for a layover.

Another amazing stay. I really love my room, cozy and warm to sleep in after a tiring day. I'm especially pleased with the lady who served us at the restaurant on Sunday 16th. Very pleasant and smiling. Reminding us of the closing time for serving breakfast. 👍👍👍
